I cringe having to ever need anything from this 7-Eleven. Cashier always has an attitude worst customer service skills imaginable.

I made an online order like I usually do with 7-11. I buy cigarettes so the app makes me take a picture front and back of my ID. I'm 27 and he refused all 4 of my orders due to me being "underage" due to a scratch on my ID. So i reorder multiple times. Just to find out and receive text only from door dash letting me know my order wasnt going to be fulfilled because im under 21, but you can't checkout with out taking pictures of my ID first on the app....so instead of reaching out to me to let me know he was going to decline it, he tried charging me still for $12.83 by sending the door dasher with just my donuts instead of both my cigarettes and donuts. (my total for my cigarettes and free item i receive for spending $10+, which i chose a 6pk of donuts so they were free) he was going to keep the money illegally and just give me the donuts. I will make sure corporate, 7-11 and door dash have all been notified. I buy 3-5 times a week and because some clerk heard word a mouth from a door dasher that I was "underage" cause of a default from the picture the door dasher took, he refused to serve me after that he said due to legal issues. Well the problem started when he illegally kept my 12.83 and refused to serve me from a false accusation from a &%@*# door dasher. I'm never one to complain but this is ridiculous and uncalled for.

Only place open for us thank goodness! The gentleman at the register told us as soon as we walked in that his system for cards was down due to an update, thought that was very helpful as he told us right away. He was very nice and for a stop just to get us home after a long trip, it was good.

I stopped overnight tonight and the guy with blue hair is the coolest most down to earth person I've ever had the pleasure of meeting,I wasn't having a good day today but his kind words really made my day,he was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of,I can't say the same about the other overnight worker as she was very rude to me the last time I was there and for no reason, apparently I was interrupting what she was doing by trying to buy stuff smh,so I don't stop anymore if I see her working, but I won't let her rudeness ruin my review of the store as the blue haired guy made up for it ?

No restroom. Not friendly. Save yourself from wasting time! If headed west, continue a few more miles to the TA. If headed east, there is another station a few miles down the road. It's open and has restrooms available for their customers.

Have been to this one many times and its usually a good experience but they have an older guy that has locked the doors while filling doordash orders and such and he seems to get flustered or upset very easily... i went in one time and bought some beef jerky, 2 sodas and a pack of cigarettes and he basically threw the cigarettes at me which he has also done on a few other occasions. My most recent visit though i bought a lighter knowing mine was going to die and it wont even light, when i shake it it sounds like there is barely any fluid...

Extremely rude. Went in for a DoorDash order. Guy said it wasn’t his problem and literally made me put together that whole thing while he sat on his phone. Had a attitude and was not friendly.

Apparently this store is not 24 hours anymore. I stopped at this location around 11:05pm. I tried to get in to buy a charger, and the doors were locked. There was some smart mouth in the parking lot smoking a cigarette saying free cigarettes for everybody, get a brick and throw it. I thought he was kidding and worked there. He swore he didn’t and said he would leave to prove it. He got in a van full of guys who were also smoking and pulled off (I have video footage). I sat there for 30 mins because I’m traveling to Maryland and really needed a charger. No one ever came back. Lights at the pump and inside completely on. But no one in sight. I used to stop in here all the time as a kid and now an adult. I’ll keep it pushing to the next exit from now on.

As soon as I pulled in, parked, shut car off and exited my car, while there were other people still in the store, the worker put a closed sign on the door. So rude and I thought this was a 24 hour store, or at least that's what your hours on your website for this location says.

Stopped in around 7 pm. Note hanging on covid barrier at check out. “In bathroom. Back shortly”. 10 minutes later and no one around, you don’t have to guess what was going on in bathroom. I’m sure it was taco Tuesday. Another customer and I went across road to much nicer gas station.

This 711 has nasty employees that don’t mind their own business. They take their job way to seriously. If your a cashier you stay behind the counter ring people up collect your 8$ an hour and go home. Yet these people are low class overweight and extremely rude.I will not be going back here. They need a whole new crew here on chestnut with level headed people not BUMS
