They lied to me saying my bill was going to be the same and then my bill rose by 20$ a month. They lied when I traded my phone in for a free upgrade They didn't tell me that even though my phone was completely paid off that the new phone was going to be on installments but they get reimbursed each billing cycle which prohibited me from dropping them as a cell phone provider. I will not be going back to At& T. Nothing but false promises and incompetency. I've been with them for almost 10 years and I'm gladly leaving

Do u know what they did ? I bought my phone in full they forced a watch on me I didn’t want told me it was free & billed me for few years on instaments for $849!! N got $449. Paid on it that I was billed & never told me they were gonna do that! I’m on fixed income always pay in full n I had sit on phone for hours time after time with them telling me I had to pay for the watch it never worked & I didn’t want it that guy that sold me that should be fired for deceiving a customer at AT&T Washington pa. It was a plastic piece of junk & didn’t work I was so upset I threw it in garbage back then now they send my bill in mail with no addresses bill paper to put in envelope so I had call & request their address to pay my bill !! Can’t even use the envelope they sent cuz they send no billing form with it to mail back just a big sheet of paper with huge bill n my info not even their address I will never ever ever go to AT&T for a phone again very expensive won’t take my bank card & phone won’t get the AT&T app to pay by phone what a pain running to atm then AT&T in person to pay n waiting for hour just to pay on a financed watch I was told was free they lied to me n it’s almost $1,000 n never worked

Walked into store to buy a charger, sales guy named Tony was busy with installation of something said give him a minute, promptly helped me out at a grear price, will definitely go back!

This store is unbelievably mismanaged. The customer service was putrid. After discussing a plan with an employee, he went in the back and never came back out. I asked another employee if my 6 year old daughter could use the bathroom, he said I need to take her to another store. I do not recommend anyone using this store.

Horrifying experience. I have been a AT&T business customer for 5-6 years now. Went in for an iPhone replacement. Got two new iPhones and traded in two iPhones. Was told I was on an old plan that needed to be upgraded and that the changeover would actually save me a minimal amount of money per month. I signed up for this. Turns out the new plan added an additional $105.00 per month. Called AT&T resolution and they refused to credit the additional money without the caveat of signing up for auto bill pay. That is NOT acceptable. Then the account representative went silent on me after more than two hours on the phone.
This is a cautionary tale. Do NOT trust the salesmen. And do NOT expect accountability or concern from AT&T.
If I could leave a zero star review I would. For both the corporate store and the provider itself.

BIGGEST JOKE OF A SERVICE COMPANY IVE EVER USED!!! Give you an option for payment arrangement then cancel your services after 14 days!!! When the payment is scheduled for the 15th day!

Went in to get a bill I was being overcharged for situated. They practically made no sense and told me I had to pay off what I shouldn’t have had to pay off. I put in a ticket online through the myAT&T app and it got situated and dropped down to my normal billing that day. Don’t waste the drive or time going here. We’re in that day and age these stores should be filled with autonomous robots that do the work anyways.

The girl who assisted me did everything she could however the store didn't have inventory of any of the iPhones that I wanted. That's unacceptable for a retail store. If you are going to have retail stores have inventory of basic items.

Went in to have photos moved from device, was told they were gone unless I went through their paid service (managed to get them off the device after ~30m of research). Was directed to replace it with a $400 phone, oddly the ones below that didn't have a sticker priceWould have given a star for promptness of service, but the store representative I had insulted another customer in the store during checkout which is unacceptable

EVERYONE at this at&t store was fabulous! They all help each other and it was a great environment. I'm glad I took my business there.
