The gentleman that helped me with my purchase was helpful and he put on my new wiper blades for me. However I’m rating a 1 because of the unprofessional behavior of the younger employee that was working. He was out in the parking lot goofing off with two young girls. They were jumping on cars and taking pictures of themselves. The girls were very loud and used a lot of profanity. The 3 of them also came back in the store and behaved the same way. It was really inappropriate, even if he wasn’t “on the clock”, he was behind the counter and was in his AutoZone shirt so that’s how he’s representing your brand. There’s a time and place where the 3 of them could’ve goofed off, and it shouldn’t have been at “work”.
