Countless issues with prescriptions. Can't ever use my care pass because it doesn't work. 2 weeks back and forth with my doctor and CVS to be told they don't understand why they can't fill my prescription.After a surgery my doctor tried to fill 3 different paint medicines and they didn't fill a single one. Had to endure surgery pains without relief because of them.

I have been a customer at thislocation for many years. The last few years, service has declined tremendously! This last incident put it over the edge for me. My doctor called in my monthly prescription. CVS texted me and said to contact my provider to substitute another medication as they didn’t have this in stock (By the way, there is no substitution for this medication.). I called CVS and they said tell your provider to call script in somewhere else. I said really, I use you as my pharmacy?. How do they just pick another and send script there if I’m not even a customer? Does my provider just pick one out of her head? I cannot skip a dose of this medicine and would have been out the next day. They did not care! I had to find another pharmacy, call my provider to re-send script there. So while I was at a local mom & pap pharmacy picking up my essential medication, I had them pull all my other medications from CVS also. It was way past time. I will never go back to CVS. They truly do not care about their customers as this incident could have caused me medical harm!

For the second time, a transfer of a prescription was not done. The last one took over 72 hours, and we're hoping it's not the same issue this time. One of the reasons for the transfer is that my husband has prescription insurance, yet they tried to charge the retail amount for a prescription earlier this year. It was FREE where it was transferred with his insurance. They are out of covered OTC items he could also get free more often than not, and others that he is supposed to get free of charge (And we made absolutely sure that the numbers matched the guide provided by Aetna before taking the items to the counter.) we were told they weren't covered only to be able to get the exact same item at another CVS. We have actually gotten rude remarks or yelled at for not using the self checkout and asking someone to ring us up! Just bad, bad, BAD all around!

The older woman with the short blonde hair who works here is so incredibly nasty. I've seen her yell at customers and throw things. She went on a rant about the back being overstocked in front of customers.She is so unpleasant, has no idea how the register works, and the store is a mess. Is CVS that desperate for employees that this woman has a job?

Store looks like a flea market! Out of everything one needs. What do they promote???? Vegetables that somehow learn how to walk and talk! Need to go across the street and see Walgreens to see how a store and pharmacy are run.

Prescriptions are never ready , there dates they actually give you the medication is different from there computer so when your out they say no we gave them to you on such a d such date and in reality I got them 4 days sooner than that ! And it’s been a problem every month for almost a decade! Go to a small mom and pop one . They know who you are and can fill a script in a couple minutes

Never again will I walk into this store. An unfriendly girl took my items off the counter and scanned them at self-checkout after I told her I didn't want to use the self-checkout, should acknowledge customers when they politely make a request. CVS, I'm very disappointed.

As of 8/2022: Google maps and CVS website says store and pharmacy hours are 8 AM to Midnight daily. This is incorrect. Store and pharmacy is now open M-F 8 AM to 10 PM and Sat-Sun 8 AM to 8 PM.Oh, and the self checkout kiosk is usually broken. If it works, it doesn’t recognize certain items when you scan them.

We have 4 people in line for over 10 minutes and not one associate up front. Then when the lady does come up if we you want to use credit we have to use the machine in front of the register with her assistance, because we can't use it by ourselves for a self check out, even though I'm sure that's why it was there to begin with, if we're paying with cash then she has to go behind the counter to ring you up.. This has gotta be one of the worst checkout systems that I have ever seen. I will not be coming back to this CVS

PHARMACY: I have been going here for my prescriptions for years and never had problems. Within the last year their service absolutely sucks. I have had so many problems with getting my prescriptions on time and have had to request refills on my own. And within the last month the company has new workers: one female, especially; haven’t caught her name yet but anyway, they seems to hate their job and assisting their customers with the simplest task. It’s a shame. I am considering going to another pharmacy over all the nonsense I’ve put up with.
