Express Factory Outlet is a large store offering a variety of options with higher discounts compared to other outlets. The staff is generally friendly and provides good service, with some employees being exceptionally sweet and attentive. However, there are times when staff may seem curt or unhelpful, and waiting times can be longer if the store is short-staffed. The selection may not always include specific sizes in the clearance section. Overall, it’s a decent store with friendly service and great discounts.

Nice big store with some great options and much higher discounts compared to other Express outlets in town. But, couldn’t find much of my size clothes in clearance section.
