They are very overpriced. Also yesterday I went there to because I was shopping at the outlets and there was a lip balm and it said it was $.98 they rang it up. It was five dollars for a lip balm. I felt pressured so I bought it and, they said it was $.98 but they had to change it for us because we look like we were rich

First of all, when we walked in the lady that work on Tuesday ship(May 21st) didn’t even bother to look at us or say hi. I totally understand she was busy with her stuff but when I asked her the question about the price of the top because the only sign I saw was “ all dresses are 35 and under” but nowhere mentioned about tops or bottoms. She looked at me real nasty and said “read the sign behind you ”and continued on her thing. I walked out of the store right away didn’t want to make a scene! Those ladies that work at Shadyside and South hill mall are wayyyyyyyy nicer and treat customers right!!!

Very bad customer service, the shopping experience was good only when we were finding our own dresses, the second we asked questions, they were very very rude, her name was Kayla , I hope they train the staff to be more courteous to the customer, when we were leaving she banged the door on our face, very disappointed.

We were the only customers in the store, the employee was on the phone the entire time, completely ignoring us while we were at the register for 10 mins. Never addressed us then went into the back room and didn’t come back out. So we left. Very unprofessional.

I love stopping in Francesca's at Tanger. I head right to the jewelry and sunglasses. I have had lots of comments on my sunglasses. I buy the blue light glasses too.

I travel a lot and always find a Francesca's. I have discovered the one in Tanger outlets. Merrissa and Dina, are incredible. They know me by name, I come in , they know my style, will pull options and finish my look with. Acccessories. I tell all my friends it's worth the drive. They are amazing and your company is so lucky to have them.

Like many of the stores at this 'outlet' mall, Francesca's isn't an outlet. So, you're not getting any special deals here. HOWEVER these are the nicest ladies!!! The staff here is incredibly friendly, and quick, and efficient. Well done!
