While looking for paint, a young man approached us and ask if he could help. He said “ I’m actually off right now but I would be more than glad to help” . He then answered our questions and went about his day !!! Wow !!! That’s extraordinary these days !! He is going places in life !! Thanks for the help !

I'm a regular. As a homeowner I feel like you gravitate toward lowes, or HD. I'm definitely a Home Depot girl. Their paint selection is great, high quality. They always seem to have good deals floating around, and we prefer their brand when making electrical upgrades.

I've always found the Home Depot in Washington to be a very nice p,ace for my home improvement needs. The store is always clean and organized and the staff VERY helpful. If they don have what I need in stock, I order on line and pick up in the store within a few days.

It is unacceptable that costumers and employees are allowed to wear masks that do not cover their nose, and in some cases are down around their necks not covering either their nose or mouth. What is wrong with people?

Review purely based on indoor houseplants. This Home Depot has one of the worst selections around this area. Home Depot's across the country are getting some amazing houseplants. Must be the people doing the orders for this specific store. Please order more houseplants!!!

We ordered a swing and the box was torn and the canopy was dirty with a hole in it. We've been back and forth with them trying to get a new canopy. They don't seem to care!

I purchased a Ryobi gas weed wacker in April or May of this year. I do not have the receipt & the only thing that David the store manager would offer me is to send it out to be repaired at cost to me! Had the same problem last year with the same type of equipment but figured it was a fluke so I purchased another one this year to only have the same thing happen again! I guess taking care of the customer is not a part of Home Depot’s policy! I will no longer give them my business! I have been a long standing customer for 20 years & this is how they treat me! I actually was willing to spend more money today to upgrade my equipment but I will take my business to Lowe’s, or ACE hardware! Just an FYI after 30 days Home Depot does not do exchanges but will send your equipment out for a $35 fee to diagnose the problem plus whatever it costs to repair it, which you will pay for when you pick it back up after it being gone for 6-8 weeks! Last year the same type of equipment cost $119 to purchase & repair was $100, for it to not function properly & now I’m in the same predicament!

Spent over 1,000$ for a fire place stove and bed frame. The fire place arrived at the store at 9:21 am came into the store at 4:30 to find out that it was still on the truck. 7 hours later no one unloaded the truck and that it wouldn’t be ready until the following day. The bed frame I ordered was supposed to be her 2 days ago not it’s not coming for another week. I would not recommend ordering anything from this Home Depot unless you want lied too and have to wait on the stuff that you already paid for.

Awful Delivery service and customer service! Ordered a $1,709 they didn't feel like bringing it all the way to my house so dropped it off at the end of the rd and left. My husband had to come down the hill and lane with a dolley to push it all the way home. When we finally got the fridge home and unwrapped it was all dented and scratched!

The flooring department is a hot mess. Disorganized staffing and lack of training. Daniel in the flooring dept is snarky and rude. We were assisted by Clarissa since we had waited for a sales associates for 15 minutes even after I asked other depts to page some one twice to come over, she clearly had little to no idea what she was doing and I was left feeling concerned I actually gave this company my social security # for a credit card. They are never organized and seem to train no one especially in the flooring department. Worst experience and my floors aren't even in yet-can't wait for that fiasco to happen. Canceled floors as I realized my concerns with this place and not ready for a change, manager TC (?) was awesome and understanding.

They are problem solvers! When the Delivery Company RAS Deliveries didn't come through the Washington Home Depot Team stepped up and went above and beyond to make sure I received my order as soon as possible. They actually made me a priority and sent their own guys to deliver and install my washer and dryer. Extra shout out to Reed, Carissa, Drew and Tony for making my delivery happen today. They were extremely professional! I will be going to Washington HD for all of my home needs from now on! Thank you
