Guardian Storage and their Property Manager Kari are great. The place is very clean, well lit, and Kari is very easy to work with. My daughter stored some of her stuff during the summer and got it back once she got back to her dorm for the fall. Very nice not to have to send all that stuff home only to send it back. Highly recommend.

One of the best storage facilities we have used. We have used storage units around Westminster for over 20 years for various reasons. The staff are wonderful and always very helpful. Always able to get responses in a timely manner either over the phone or thru email. I highly recommend this Storage facility located at 9241 Wadsworth Blvd. Westminster CO 80021

Storage facilities are great. Front desk personnel are fantastic and easy to talk to. However raising my rates consistently with no increase in service, rate of pay for employees or anything else is the reason I'm leaving. Your rate increases are the reason I'm gone.

I've only had one storage unit in my life. I'm sure glad I picked Guardian Storage! It was nice and clean. Easy access to my unit and very secure! Nice roomy hallways to get my stuff in and out as needed! If I ever need them again, that's the only place I'm going!!!

I called several storage facilities in the area seeking indoor storage for my Camaro. Most didn’t answer their phones and only half called me back. Kari at Guardian answered right away and gave me some information on what was available, pricing and promotions for new customers. She invited me to come check out the facility for a tour.The indoor garage area was spacious and didn’t feel cramped. It is not climate controlled but there appears to be a decent ventilation system in place to keep it from turning into an oven during the summer. I’ve never rented from a storage facility before but pricing here seems fair compared to other places I was looking at. It’s conveniently located near the highway as well.When it came time for renting an indoor parking spot, Kari quickly got me setup and on my way. Thank you for your help and for the great service!

Very responsive! Stored my restored vehicle for the winter months and was confident that it would be safe and secure which it was. Easy access and great security system with many cameras to protect your valuables.

My husband and I stopped in to inquire about storage lockers. Immediately upon entering, Kari Jerrrome greeted us with a smile and a welcome. We told her what we were looking for. She showed us the storage and explained all the details about payments, etc. , let me tell you ,before we arrived I said to my husband let’s not purchase anything today. Let’s think about it. Guess what? We purchased it right then and there. Kari was very professional and relatable. We are very pleased. Thank you, Kari!
