Absolutely horrible,I was never told a fee,then was suprised when I received the cost. Had a appointment, once I got there she had double booked and I had to come back the next day,which was the finale day to file,even though I was scheduled weeks in advance. Then she decided to discuss my personal business in front of other customers,and while she had me sitting there,the phone rang ,she answered it and had a conversation and helped that customer with me sitting right there . Absolutely a terrible experience.

I received emails from JH that said schedule your appointment for your taxes get 30% off.I GOT NOTHING OFF! I am a senior citizen also. I GOT NOTHING OFF! False advertising! Cost me over 500 dollars! This is WRONG!
