Beware, dealership stole everything from inside our car and is lying about it! My grandpa brought his car to this dealership for a battery replacement, and they kept his car here for 3 days pending the service (which is a ridiculous amount of time). Upon picking up his car the staff at this dealership stole his air compressor, a flashlight, the front and rear after market floor mats, and all of the spare change in the car.
We've called the dealership and spoke to 3 separate people who all claim they will look into the issue and call back with more details, but of course they have not responded.
People need to be aware of the elder abuse being committed by this dealership and how untrustworthy the employees are. Please don't ever bring your car here for any sort of service if you would like to keep possession of your property.

I just purchased a 2026 Nissan Rogue at John Sisson Nissan in Washington PA and found the experience to be excellent in every respect! Trading in my RAV4 was part of the deal and everything was handled smoothly and efficiently and I am happy with the deal we worked out. The whole staff was professional, courteous, attentive and worked very hard to make sure that I was completely satisfied! But in particular, my sales person Michael Carrier was outstanding! He went above and beyond in every respect to insure that I was completely satisfied with every aspect of the new vehicle purchase. Upon meeting Michael I felt very comfortable and at ease with him. I felt that I was in good hands with an honest and caring sales person. He was polite, knowledgeable, friendly, patient and extremely helpful! It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Michael Carrier. He stands head and shoulders above the rest when it comes to helping a customer find, test drive and purchase a new vehicle! I am happy to recommend Michael and the whole team at John Sisson Nissan if you're shopping for a vehicle.

I had a good experience with John Sisson Nissan! It was a little slower than we wanted for all of the dealing but it’s always slower! The financial guy (Sean I believe) was phenomenal. He knew we were getting impatient but was great! He laughed and joked around with us to make us more comfortable in the situation. Preston Sears was the sales person that I dealt with! He’s the real all-star! From start to finish, the Preston made us feel valued and important. He was kind, approachable, and genuinely passionate about what he does. His professionalism and positive attitude set him apart, and he went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. This is exactly the kind of employee every company needs—promotion well deserved and I hope he gets!!! I can’t say enough about Preston! Thanks for a great experience!!!! I love my Nissan Murano!!!!

Buyer beware!! Regardless if you are buying a new or used vehicle here they will try and add four extra charges to your purchase. Note that these are complete upcharge rip offs basically. They dont even ask before hand, they just include them automatically and hope the customer is a sucker, and doesn't know any better. They are:
1. Lojack
2. Int/Ext protection
3. USWC Traceable theft protection
4. Nitrogen air in tires
These add $2,000 to the price of any vehicle you are attempting to purchase. Google these add-ons yourself, you'll see they are way overpriced, unnecessary, and basically a rip off. I avoid doing business with any dealer that operates like this.

My salesperson, Preston , was fantastic. He was patient, highly knowledgeable about all the trim levels, and most importantly, never pressured me into a decision. Sean in finance was also excellent—he explained the extended warranty options clearly and got me a much better rate than my bank had offered.
