Update**** John Sisson put new tires on and did an alignment. Windshield washer fluid comes out wonky. Tiny little squirt onto the blades only. Weird. It smells clean inside, so they had it detailed. They offered to buy it back and put us in one with the options I want, but I still have not been shown the numbers for that one. ?♀️ I will take my rating up to 4 ⭐️ because they didn’t charge me anything.The whole John Sisson experience, starting with the purchase, was not what we expected it to be. We thought we were purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned 2021 Rogue. First the salesman would not show me the numbers of the car I really wanted to buy. He said it would be above my budget. At least show me the numbers and let me decide that. Then we were told this Rogue had been “professionally” detailed inside, at a cost of over $300. Umm, No. They got ripped off. The seats were stained with something. Crumbs and filth in all the crevices. We had to go purchase a portable upholstery cleaner. Can you say yuck. Looked like the previous owner dumped many cups of coffee or soda on the passenger seat. Same with the back seat. It had the wrong floor mats in it. They did not fit at all. Let’s talk about the tires. A Lady who sits in a small office said they still had over 50% Tread.. I beg to differ. The tread near the sidewalls is wore almost flat and there is no way there is “more then 50% tread” left. So far I have had to pay for the correct size mats, a windshield calibration, after it had to be replaced because a rock hit it. That was not their fault, but when we dropped it off on a Friday, we were told it would be ready by Monday. When my husband called Monday because we had not heard from anyone, he was told they needed a few more days. Then 30 minutes before they closed I get a text that it’s ready. We are very unhappy with the whole John Sisson experience. We feel we did not get what we are expected to pay for over the next 7 years… we definitely did not receive a vehicle that was “Certified”. Changing the oil doesn’t make it so. Make it right.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. Mason was supper helpful for finding the perfect car for me. Sean was supper helpful and kind with finding the best coverage for my car. All around highly recommend buying a car here.

Michael Carrier in Washington, PA went above & beyond to make us happy with our new truck purchase. He explained every detail & option. My son purchased a car from Michael 2 weeks before, we were so impressed we went back to buy our own vehicle from him. Especially Michael, but the whole John Sisson team was very welcoming. I will refer anyone & everyone looking for a vehicle to visit the Washington PA John Sisson Nissan and seek out Michael Carrier.

I am very disappointed with this dealership! I been looking for vehicles, I got a phone call from a Matt saying he seen I was interested in a vehicle, I told him my situation and that I don’t believe he can help, he believed other wise, and convinced me to apply with the fact they help many in need and he believes they can help me too! I don’t hear back so I call the following day and talk to a Tyler at this point and catch him up with my situation and where we were at in the process and he says he will follow up! Tyler than doesn’t call back but text me to ask if I can get a co-signer, I than tell him about my co-signer and Tyler tells him to fill out the application, than we are told we will find out by the next day, we hear nothing yet again! Than it’s the weekend and we have to go the weekend without any word or updates, following week comes, and we are told we will have answers by Monday morning the latest, at this point now they are telling me we should just drop my name off the loan and have my co-signer apply for the vehicle himself, we discuss this upon ourselves and with the need of a vehicle for myself he decides to help me and do so! Than Tyler says he will now get answers for us and call back, now we go on another way with no answers! Next day we are getting no answers no calls nothing once again, so I call in and now talk to a Mike once again we are promised to get an update and a call back but don’t! Today is a Wednesday of the following week and I’m fed up and feel like this dealership is nothing but lies and people that don’t really care! I’m constantly talking to someone different and can’t get in touch with the same people!!! I talked to an Adam this morning and he did call back and said his finance team would be in, in an hour and he’d talk to them and call me back with answers but as always we are getting to the end of the day there are no call backs, and when I call the dealership no one answers the phone, all I can do is leave voicemails, for no return calls! Very disappointed and don’t recommend this dealership to anyone! Very unprofessional!!!

Adam & Dave were fantastic from the start. Literally from my first email to phone calls to meeting in person. They truly put so much effort into my purchase and made me feel like "an important customer" and not just another sale. Friendly, professional, and very thorough. Will recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle! I'm sure I will be returning sometime in the future!

Had a great experience buying my vehicle from here. I was looking for something specific so it took a little for them to find it. Even so, the salesman I was dealing with went out of his way to drive to a different state to get my car. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I made an appt and showed up like 2 minutes late, they brought the car in to service it for an oil change and tire rotation before I could even finish ‘checking in’ for my appt. They were done in right about a hour and I was able to grab my key and get out of there quick and pain free. I had one question about my tire tread and was met with a professional, understandable answer. I appreciate John Sission Nissan and I feel lucky to have purchased my vehicle from there.

I went to the dealer to buy a used vehicle I saw on their web site. It was a 2020 Jeep Cherokee from start to end this was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealer, and I have owned a lot of vehicles in my life ? I made an appointment on line to see the car. My sales person was Mason Cooper and he was truly awesome!! Very personable made me feel comfortable and not like I was being pushed to hurry up. He treated me like a person not just a “sale” From beginning to end he was there explaining things and answering any questions I had. We took the car for a test drive I fell in love with it!! It was exactly what I was looking for. I bought that car that day. Everyone in the dealership was so nice!! They spent time with me showed me videos on the warranties they offered but never pressured me on anything.I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership!! . Mason and everyone there made this an easy and enjoyable experience I’ve never had a better car buying experience in my life!!!Thank you John Sisson Nissan you are the best!!

Great experience, we went in with a no run around attitude, we researched the vehicle, had our trade in, our financial goals, and were understanding & prepared to go home if it wouldn't work out. We were happy with making a deal & the John Sisson team was respectful and cut to the chase. We went back and forth very minimally and came to an agreement that worked for all parties. No additional pushing of any kind which ends up turning customers off so it was an enjoyable experience. We would absolutely go back and recommend this dealership to others.

Thanks to Michael Carrier my son had a great first time buying experience. He was amazing during the whole process. We had some hiccups in the finance department with Rob Bruce but he was able to get things fixed for us!My son loves his car! Thanks John Sisson for having great employees!

After months of research I decided that the Altima was my dream vehicle. John Sisson Nissan had by far the nicest inventory of new and certified Altima's. Michael Carrier went above and beyond to make it a great unforgettable experience. I had to wait until Monday to get the proper check with my address on it and Michael still made sure that I was able to take my dream car home with me. I was able to bring my car home Saturday and pay for it Monday. I honestly don't think any other dealership would have done that. Thank you so much for everything Michael Carrier and John Sisson Nissan.I feel that Michael does a great job and definitely cares about his customers!

We called ahead to ensure the vehicle we wanted to look at was still on the lot before we drove the hour and a half to the dealership. We were assured it was and were told we could test it out when we arrived. Upon arrival we were told the Jeep was NOT available. This is an unacceptable way of doing business. Even a message while we were on our way would have been sufficient. Horrible!

My husband i and bought our 2019 Nissan Murano Platinum from here a few months ago. I absolutely love it and the process was easy. Adam Manion was great. He went above and beyond to work out a deal for us and give us the best possible trade in for our 2015 Nissan Rogue. The market obviously isn’t the best right now and interest rates are also not great but between Adam and Rob Bruce the finance manager they worked it out for us and we left extremely happy customers. We get the oil changed at the service station and it’s extremely convenient. I drop my car off and take a loaner car go to work and pick it up when I’m done. Ronnie Cooper is always so kind and answers all our questions. Overall I highly recommend the sales and service department! 10/10 we love our Nissan!
