They closed the service counter! Returns are handled at the check-out counter. Not liking that change because it slows the check-out process for the rest of us!

I can usually find the items im looking for in my size at reasonable prices. Using my Kohls card gives me those extra discounts, which i appreciate

Most places, you can't find a sales associate. Kohls, they find you and they are pleasant and knowledgeable. Nice change of pace. Makes u wanna shop in the store instead of online

It's a Kohl's like other Kohl's. They carry the expected merchandise - clothing and household items. The store is a little hidden but not unnoticeable. Employees were polite and the store is clean.

My go to store... Washington kohl's.
