“Very good beef jerky and a huge selection of kinds and flavors to choose from. They have 3 main bag sizes for most of their flavors. They offer free samples so you can see if you like that flavor or not before you buy it. The store was clean and the color of the interior was nice. Got the original flavor in a small pack and it was very good.”

“Bought the boudin to check and see how they do with it. Pretty good stuff. Plenty spicy enough for those not used to it (I am from Louisiana and have ate it all my life). The only thing I would suggest is a shade more rice in the mixture. Lee it up then start loading some with pepperjack cheese, that’s bad to the bone!”
