The manager is always friendly professional and most importantly upfront and honest about both. Necessary and unnecessary repairs. I have been going here for many years. They have always done a great job.

This review was entered by an employee last year and I didn’t mind as they definitely helped with my inspection .
This year I need a service provided, and was criticized about my car maintenance practices and made to feel that my comments (which was simply stating what was told to me ) had a tone and I was treated harshly with that as soon as I walked in . The young gentleman at customer service treated me with the tone he assumed I had. I don’t think they would want their mothers, sisters, wives, girlfriends or daughters being treated in that manner. Making a customer feel bad about their car maintenance when addressing a service need seems so unnecessary. Some sensitivity training would be nice or maybe have a woman running customer service stations if these current men working here are unable to. Thank you. And this was not meant to sound harsh just my personal experience and how I was treated.

Cheap price, get what you pay for. Went in for an oil change, oil does look clean and new, it is also covering my skid plate, steering wheel, and door handle.

They did not help me with my tire, and did not stock my tires. Wouldn't even give me a little bit of air on my slow leak tire. I used to come in here every now and again because humans used to work in here. Guy wouldn't even help me change the donut out without asking for money so I drove away with a flat. It was 5 o'clock and I was going to grab 2 tires from Walmart (i had a ride)they wanted to be done before 6 so they didn't wanna do it. I hope they get some humans with actual common sense to actually help people. There wasn't even anyone there when I showed up.
