Damaged our car by ripping off the fin antenna; cost $1,000 to replace and Modwash did absolutely nothing to resolve the problem other than verbally apologize. We liked the service until this happened but will now never use Modwash again.

Laura was awesome! She greeted me with a smile, explained everything clearly, and made the whole experience super easy. My car came out looking great, but honestly her friendliness was the highlight. She really makes ModWash stand out!

I have used several carwashes in the area. Washington, PA has one about every corner. Some are better than others but ModWash has been about the worst of them all. First off, the car wasn't even clean after going through the wash. Then they signed me up for a month to try it out. I cancelled with the attendant only to have my card changed anyway. I sent an email to customer service to ask for a refund and cancelation but have not received anything back. This is the worst carwash ever!! Don't go!!
