I have had a great experience with Orkin. It’s worth every penny for me. We have had great customer service.. excellent representative that comes to the house (Scott) and everyone has been friendly. They have always came out very quickly if I ever ran into a problem.

We called Orkin at around 11:30 on a Friday night when we realized there was a nest of yellow jackets in the ceiling of a bedroom in our home. They were coming into the room through a tiny hole, and the ceiling was starting to fall down under the nest. They came Saturday, the very next day, and treated them and were done by 2:00 pm. We definitely appreciated their quick response.Service: Hornet & wasp extermination

My Orkin Tech Bob was great and informative. The process didn't work well for me and I really had my doubts when they were doing the exact same things I was already doing. Glue traps, spring traps, and poison for mice.Started in the winter when mice come in and we were already catching mice and the amount never changed from when we did it ourselves.I gave it an honest chance and they have a guarantee and will refund your last service.I had went thru 5 or 6 service appointments and as the weather got warmer it was time for the bugs.I got absolutely no results for bugs and the fact that I still was killing 10 Drain Flies or Fruit Flies ...whatever they're called while trying to take a shower, it just seemed to be a waste of money for me as I could do the same myself with the same results.I called and canceled the remaining service and requested a refund.They said the manager would contact me which he did the next day and he asked what issues I had and I explained everything and he was cool and said ok.The next week, no refund. I called and the woman appeared to look it up and said it was processing and to contact my bank if I don't get it.I wait another week and no refund. American Express said there is no refund pending or processing so I called back and was told the manager would again call me and I told the woman that I can just dispute the charge but I was trying to be fair.This time no call back so I call them again and I'm told the manager is in the field. I told the woman it's been weeks and I was trying to be fair and respectful but it doesn't seem that I'm getting the same respect in return so tell the manager that I'll simply dispute the charge and write a review on my experience.Here it is. I'm not going to dog them out but the total experience wasn't great and being ignored in the end was not good business.Maybe they will work out for you but Orkin did not help my situation and added more frustration.
