I bought a package that included almost everything except for grinding of the nails which to me still seems like it should be included. However, the only thing they did was bathe my dog and trim and grind the nails. They didn't do the paw pads. They didn't do her teeth. They didn't do any of that. They verbally told me that they didn't do any of that yet. I was still made to pay full price plus an extra $10 for a flea and tick shampoo versus a regular shampoo

Each time I have taken my shih tzu to be groomed I have been charged an extra fee. This extra fee was never discussed prior to service. I was only to pay $56 plus tax for the bath and groom. I will not be bringing my dog back to this location.

Very nice well kept very large store. Huge selection of toys foods habitats animals if it's for a pet it will be there including obedience classes I love PetSmart

Signed my puppy up for the puppy training course and tried two weeks and that is all I can handle. The dog "trainer" speaks to the owners like they are idiots and has a very controlling disposition, which doesn't pair well with dealing with puppies that are getting distracted by lots of things. It should have been a big red flag when they said they owned cats. I have owned dogs before and never had trainers that speak to owners in condescending tone and are more concerned with lecturing pet parents not to use additional words when they are training their dogs than they are about the dogs actually doing the required behavior. No one needs this in their life. I will definitely be taking my dog elsewhere.

Pet supplies and more. Mostly always have what you need. Just don’t look for trimmer blades. The only drawback I have is if you’re selling the tool. Supply the maintenance parts.
