Had a $25 gift card and wanted to use it before they filed for bankruptcy. It has been on the news that they were planning on doing it. Anyway, we went to lunch for the cheaper prices...much to our surprise, they did away with the lower priced menu for weekends. I got stuffed mushrooms that we shared, and a total of 18 shrimp and my wife got about the same and our bill was $71.00 ($86.00 with tip)Can't afford to eat here anymore. ??

Went to celebrate my Sons 20th Birthday. Had a waitress named Ameria, (hope it's right name) .. she was EXCELLENT! We have had her before and actually requested her for our server. Our food was DELICIOUS! We all got the "all you can eat" shrimp dinner. They kept the shrimp coming for my Hubby and Sons!! Alcohol was delicious as well! Everyone working was polite and upbeat! Grateful for a nice time!!

So I have worked in the food industry fairly extensively. Not claiming to be a know it all, because I get it, some places have their good and bad days, but there were no redeeming factors to tonight. I went with my girlfriend and her father. Me and him both got shrimp and they weren’t that bad just not worth the price. My girlfriend, on the other hand got a filet (the pricey steak that if not cooked to perfection can really make a statement) and to say we are disappointed is an understatement. So first, the waitress was out of the kitchen for about two minutes at a time and had about five tables around us and kept forgetting to get the things we asked for. I understand things pile up, and I would never be one to shy from a good tip because you never know what’s going on outside of the restaurant, but when I come to a specialty restaurant as Red Lobster, impressions are everything. So the steak first came out and before she could even cut into the steak, she stated that it’s probably overcooked. And to say it was overcooked was an understatement. I mean straight up beef jerky. No liquid, extremely hard and brown throughout. It took a solid 20 minutes before the next steak came out. And the reason I say STEAK instead of FILET is because there is no way it was a filet. I used to work at a steakhouse and I would assume it was a sirloin because, while cooked to the proper temp, it was super tough. And it’s not like we wanted it med well. It was a medium steak. I gave it the finger test and there was no movement. I even thought it was another well done steak. Between three people it was about 80 bucks. That’s not small by any means and I’ve had better experiences at Texas Roadhouse for half the price. I hate to point fingers but competition encourages improvement. I’m a firm believer that one experience should not make an opinion because there are so many factors to take into account. I will be giving an update if and when I go back. Not trying to bash anyone in particular. Just a fan of constructive criticism and constant improvement. Hopefully my next experience will be better.

Enjoyed a wonderful meal at the bar because it was quite busy when we arrived. The bartender and our server Amara was absolutely wonderful. She was very friendly and a great conversationalist. In fact everyone working at this location was super friendly which is very nice because that is not the norm.On top of all that, the food was great as always, but I have to state once again the staff was so wonderful. Kudo's to the manager, owner or whomever is making that happen. Nice job and than you Amara for help make our evening enjoyable.Parking: Parking is not an issue, plenty available.

It was my wife and I first time at this location. Totally enjoyed the visit. We were seated right away. The hostess and waitress were very pleasant. Didn't have to wait for our food long. One of the chefs delivered our lobster tails straight to our table. So they didn't get cold. We will definitely be going back again. Enjoyed the visit.

The lobster was tough and chewy. The building felt outdated and everything seemed to have a film of butter on it and be need of a desperate deep cleaning.
