Ordered off of uber eatz and I know that when the kitchen gets the orders that it specifically states everything on the order. Still I was missing an item and my sampler didn’t even have 3 items in it (only had 2)!
If I would’ve known ahead of time that they pick up orders from racetrack rd instead of canonsburg, I wouldn’t have even ordered. I’ve never had luck ordering anything from racetrack rd location. It’s either undercooked/overcooked/burnt or not made properly.
When hiring someone for the kitchen job, please please please make sure that they know what they are doing

I work late so I come to this sheetz pretty often at night. Everytime I stop to pick up a chicken wrap it looks like this picture. How in the world am I supposed to eat this with out it falling out all over me? Please retain your kitchen staff on how to wrap a wrap. I understand that it get busy but this is just careless.Also, when I order on the app I'm just a short drive away so I'm always there before my pick up time. I wait for about 10 minutes after my app says my order is complete, and still nobody calls my name, so I wait some more, I finally ask someone behind the counter about my missing food thats been done for well over 10 minutes now, one of the employees hands me a bag and says we keep everything behind the counter now so nobody steals them, which is fine, I just wish sombody would've called out "online for Stephanie" or something, so I wasn't stuck waiting for no reason, and because nobody bothered to say anything my food was cold by the time I finally got it.
