I visited Sorelle Bridal Salon in Washington, PA yesterday with my daughter to find her wedding gown, and we were absolutely delighted by the experience. The staff, especially Patty Ann, was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and patient. Patty Ann epitomized professionalism, asked detailed questions to understand exactly what my daughter was searching for, and provided invaluable guidance and support throughout our visit. The selection of gowns was fantastic, offering a variety of styles and designs that catered to my daughter’s preferences. The atmosphere of the salon was both welcoming and professional, making us feel special throughout our visit. It truly felt like everyone at Sorelle had a vested interest in ensuring that my daughter found the perfect gown and would look absolutely beautiful on her wedding day. I highly recommend Sorelle Bridal Salon to any bride looking for a personalized and enjoyable gown shopping experience. Thank you, Patty Ann, Michelle, Samantha, and the rest of the staff at Sorelle, for making our day so memorable!

Pattiann, Michelle and staff were absolutely incredible. I had an idea of what I wanted for my wedding dress but chose to leave the dress choosing to the professionals! They asked me all of the right questions about myself, my future beautiful wife, my family, and my wedding. Within a half hour, I found my dress. This was my first and only dress shopping experience and I never thought I could find my dress in one go. I chose the right place with the right people. The memories I have from this short visit, I will remember forever. Tears, happiness, and laughter all around. I said yes to my dress and I owe it to the wonderful team at Sorelle!

A group of 4 of us (bride plus three bridesmaids) shopped for bridesmaid dresses here. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. We went in with very little idea of what we wanted and they really worked with us to figure out colors and style. Honestly, this is the best experience I've had shopping for a bridesmaid dress and I would 100% recommend them to anyone shopping for a bridal gown or bridesmaid dress.

I said Yes to my dress back in October and it was the best dress shopping experience of my life! Patti was really sweet and made the entire experience fun and relaxing. I can’t wait to see the dress again when it finally comes in!

We had the absolute best family experience here!!!! We were amazed to find out that fees other salons were charging were INCLUDED at Sorelle including dress storage, pressing and steaming, and even veil steaming! Plus our customer service was impeccable and we always felt like family and very valued as customers. My husband's tux experience was as good as my daughter's gown and my MOB dress experience! I have to applaud the manager Michelle and seamstress Cindy most.....when I had lost 9 pounds after final alterations because my mother was sick and stress got the best of me....on the afternoon of the rehearsal dinner, the manager was so concerned about the now-too-big fit of my dress, that she called in the seamstress to do emergency alterations in 30 minutes and didn't even charge me for it!! I can't even say enough about how wonderful the entire staff was to us!! You will not be disappointed if you go to this salon for your most important day! Best customer service ever! I'm actually sad that we don't get to visit them anymore!

PA and Michele are the MVPs of my bridal experience. I was looking for something unconventional and they were so excited to help me and 100% brought my vision to life. It’s going to be better than I ever imagined. Truly wonderful ladies, they were fun to talk to and excellent at getting to the heart of what you’re really looking for - you just have to trust the process! Can’t thank them enough. Would recommend this experience to anyone, especially if you’re shopping alone like I did :)

I bought my wedding dress here last week and I had the most amazing experience with Marque as my consultant! She took our critiques of each dress and put everything together to form my dream dress. She showed us how we could add straps and add a sparkly layer under the outer layer my dress. This was my first place looking for a dress and I tried on about 6-7. I’m usually a very indecisive person but Marque made it so easy to find the one. Everyone else working there were very friendly and welcoming too. It was an emotional experience I’ll never forget. I have also gotten a prom and bridesmaid dress here as well. Sorelle is my go-to place.

Great variety of Dresses to choose from. The ladies were so pleasant, professional & helpful. Lovely salon. The only thing missing was champagne lol. Dresses for little girls ( flower girl ) were pricey but gorgeous. My daughter who got her Gorgeous gown here as well 7yrs ago said YES to the dress for my grandchild in a relative's wedding. They do alterations here as well.

The cool thing is, this will be the only time I'll ever make this type of review. The entire process from start to finish was PRISTINE. Online booking, easy. Phone confirmation, easy. Tons of dresses to choose from, cake. The favorited dresses I personally wanted to try, done. Clean and proper interior, absolutely. Regal decor and not cheesy all white stuff with all the fluff everywhere else trendy has. People appreciate tradition over being cool so you can post on Facebook that you went to Blanc De Blanc in Pittsburgh. This place also doesn't require you to put your card down for YOUR appointment in which YOU are buying from THEM. The sales lady, Marque, was maybe someone I'd consider even inviting to the actual wedding. That's how perfect she is at her job. Every mark was hit and I hope she stays there a long time for the sake of future brides. Only ONE thing that I would request to change and that would be the number of allowed guests. I so badly wanted to bring my sister in law and 5 year old niece. I understand but that's the only reason I cannot 5 star and I'm sure the business has their reasons. Highly recommend - we were in and out in 1.5 hours.

I just said Yes to the dress at Sorelle Bridal and had the best experience! Whitney is an amazing consultant. She made the whole process so easy and relaxed. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for a dress from this point on.

I love Sorelle!! I got my prom dress here and now my wedding dress. Michelle remembered us even tho that was in 2016!! Everyone there is so kind and sweet. The vibes and experience you’ll have at Sorelle are unmatched. If you’re thinking about coming here, do it! Pattiann helped me soooo much! Funny enough I read a review about her right before I booked my appointment, and I was hoping she would be the one to help me! She was welcoming, upfront, honest and hilarious. My entire party was smiling and laughing the whole time. She’s not afraid to tell you if that dress is not for you. She also makes it a point to make you feel good about yourself. She picked out the dress that was “the one” for me, and as she handed it to me she even said “I think this is it, I have chills.”Everyone I’ve shown the dress to says it was made for me and I completely agree. Pattiann made dress shopping so fun and memorable! I feel like she’s my new bestie! She goes above and beyond, and even makes a point to “set the scene” for you before you look in the mirror. Sorelle and the girls there are 12/10 would highly recommend.
