The woman at the front was very rude we came in needing our toddlers passport photo and application, the other post office gave us a paper application for my husband when he got his renewed so we asked and she said she cant do that and said we'd have to print it out somewhere else we went to Walgreens a singular block over and came back and she refused and said we missed our time, there was no one in the lobby and it was 10 after our appt because of the form, was rude and not friendly at all will be going to the McMurray location from now on, and now we have to wait another 2 weeks to do anything due to our schedule not very friendly to children and the public for a publicly funded group meant for the public

The main parking lot has now been closed for at least 6-8 months which has created an absolute disaster in the smaller side parking lot. As others have commented, clearly USPS does not care about their elderly/handicapped customers because they have now cut off access to the only drive through mailbox. This location is always understaffed so get ready to wait. Completely disappointing and an embarrassment to our country’s postal service.

I don’t understand why they can’t put the cones over where they mis painted a handicap spot in the front lot. People can’t get to the outdoor mailbox in the front lot. This makes it hard for the elderly. We should be able to get to the outdoor mailbox. It’s been months that lot has been closed and the lot off chestnut street is smaller.

I go in after work to get a postage box . And just to feel like I'm being judged baby the way I look because I was dirty and well sweaty. . So the lady. Ignorantly looks at me and says it's $100 for 6 months. I I asked if they had anything smaller. And she basically laughed at me like 100 bucks was too much. . Well lady. I hope your day gets better . She knows who she is. . Smh. Thumbs down

Sometimes they're amazing, other times they treat my mail like garbage. I am a frequent shipper and receiver of packages. The chair's normally standing, and that's literally where the packages always go. Today he felt the need to just throw it in the snow and walk away. Do better. Let's not mention the time the mailman delivered me one single piece of mail which was an envelope that was blatantly obviously opened and missing the contents which were cash.

The employees at this location are kind, knowledgeable and helpful with any questions that I have. I’ve been going to this location for years and for my small Etsy business and they are all so polite, patient and professional. Very glad to have these specific employees as workers since I am there so frequently!

The post office is great, but do NOT try to call. The computer answered, couldn't understand what I wanted, but it refused to transfer me to a human. It was the most frustrating experience - "I think you said, buy stamps". No computer, I said I got mail marked for a different address. I REALLY hate talking to pretend people.

Delivery people drive up on lawns, leave mailboxes open, and mark items as delivered that were not delivered. Attempts to reach the usps are completely futile as the systems are designed to not allow calls to get through. Complete joke of an institution.
