Their check in system is nonexistant. There is no way to verify your place in line. Associates ignore you upon entering and it happened to everyone who walked into the store in the 1.5 hours I had to wait and then go about the sale. Once you do get assisted things go decently. However, the sheer disrespect of the line cutting in queue; and disrespect in no customer greeting shock me every time.

This store literally has the worst customer service. I stood there for 20 minutes to pick up an order I placed online while all the employees hid in the back. I'm just canceling the order.

Why is this store open if employees don't want to even attempt to help someone? Called customer service and customer service said this stores actions aren't what they're supposed to be doing and treating customers poorly. 3 times my sister was turned away just to pick up a phone, that's all. Told her my dad had to physically be there. They don't do over the phone because she could be lying. Everything was all set up and paid for. All she needed to do was show ID and go home. But even that small amount of work is TOO MUCH for these lazy people. I would assume it was because they weren't going to make any commission off of her that day or the next since everything was taken care of at another store and all she had to do was pick up her free phone.

What is the purpose of this store? Everytime I go here, they tell me they can't help me and they send me to store over by walmart. Save your time and just go to the store by Walmart.

Verizon corp told us on the phone to come to this store to pick up a new box for home service. Got here and nobody knows anything about it!!!!

These ppl are incompetent. Bought a phone online they shipped it to the store paid extra to have next day delivery. They gave my phone to ups with no destination so nobody knows where it went. And customer service is a real joke anymore.

Literally the worst experience with customer service I've ever experienced. I'd advise going to ANY other stores unless you want to waste hours trying to get corporate and the store themselves to communicate.

Love Verizon I'm on my mom's plan cause she has a seven phone plan and she switched us to at and t and I'm so upset I never had service out here in Washington she lives in cranberry TWP so she gets good service regardless so I'm thinking about opening my own plan with Verizon I miss the good service do they have any good promotions going on right now ???

I’ll start by saying that our specialist, Steve, was absolutely awesome and super helpful. That kid deserves a promotion because he was knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to make your experience in the store stress free. The general manager, Trevor, was also awesome. He went out of his way to help us.I can’t say the same for the manager, Rick, at this location. He was incredibly pushy, rude, and lazy. He was aggressive and argumentative when he had to do work. He actually said at one point, “You’re making my life harder by doing this”. After he ushered Steve away from us to help other folks, he took over our situation. He basically kicked us out of the store to get the iPhone transferred on our own, but Steve was going to do it for us on the spot. We didn’t argue and left. We called the Verizon number Rick provided, waited on hold for 30 minutes, transferred the old phone data to the new phone data, then returned to the store. We returned to be told we did everything wrong and “made his life harder” by doing what he told us to do.In conclusion, if you go to this location ask for Steve the specialist or Trevor the GM because they’re great and avoid Rick the manager like the plague.

Chelsea at the Washington crown center in Washington PA, is the ultimate service associate I have ever had the experience of dealing with at a Verizon store.Usually my Verizon visits aren't pleasurable. But she went out of her way to make my visit, complete, easy, she made sure I backed up my phone so I didn't lose anything and helped me with setting up my brand new easy fold Samsung Galaxy.So if you ever want an actual pleasant experience and the best customer service ever definitely visit Chelsea at the Washington crown center in Washington PA Verizon store.
