This place is a joke. They're a phone store and yet they can't answer their own phone! God forbid you go in there without the "head of the account." If you have an Iphone and bring it here, they will likely just send you to the apple store. Not very good account mgmt either- there have been three separate instances where I've had a problem with someone who wasn't supposed to having access to my account which they accessed through the store.

They repaired the cable lines in my neighborhood by tying them from my pine tree to my maple tree and dropping them in my yard. At least they used strong zip ties. The sign says buried cable, but it's clearly above ground.

Over-priced rip off with the worst service of any business I deal with. I hate this company. I always receive poor service and the equipment stinks with ongoing problems. Prices are increased (significantly) every year.

My fiancé and I went into the store yesterday because we were confused about charges on our bill and had questions about the package we have. Matthew was amazing from start to finish. He greeted us as we came in the door. He took his time and explained all of the charges and answered all of our questions. He made the necessary changes for us and also switched out our equipment and explained what we needed to do to get everything up and running. We went home and through the set up and it was easy and hassle free! I couldn’t be happier with the customer service he provided. He explained the packages but there was no pressure at all! Thank you Matt you’re awesome!

Overall review for Xfinity services. Not worth the $200 you pay every month as the internet goes out once a week for 30 minutes. (There are never any outages in the area) No one is helpful. I am unfortunately stuck with Xfinity for the time being as it is the only provider in my current area. When I move, one of the things I will be making sure is that I don't get stuck with Xfinity services again as it's the worst. If you have an option, DON'T go with Xfinity.

If I could give them 0 stars I would!!!! Why do I pay for internet that is constantly going out?? For no reason!! The prices are ridiculous for a company that can’t even keep it on for a full day! Every day around 2 my internet goes out and is out for hours! Definitely not a good company, not good service, and not a fair price for what you get!!!

My monthly bill never adds up as it should. I'm not behind on my bill or anything but for some reason I'm getting changed sometimes hundreds more every month and everytime I try to call to dispute the overcharge I can never get through to anyone. Its gotten bad enough to the point that every 20 days or so my wifi gets disabled and they ask for a ridiculous amount of money ( sometimes over $200) to reactivate the wifi. There's no way that monthly my wifi even should come close to that. Needless to say I'm not impressed and will be switching wifi providers.

Calling is useless. They might be a comcast branch, but their phone lines will tell you to call the main company number which as of right now, isn't even working.

Jordan, the customer representative that has more patience than a monk, is the only reason this place/institution gets five stars. He was the redeeming light with two full hours of hoops to jump through. He showed up on time for work. He was very pleasant for the task set before him. And the only reason we did not turn around and walk out. Hopefully Jordan sees this and knows he is appreciated. Hopefully someone higher up sees this and gives that man a raise!

Upgraded my wife’s phone, Tim Mcadoo put the wrong phone on her line, they charged me $101.66 and then another $1165.99 and it still hasn’t been refunded and phone hasn’t been exchanged 5 days later and nobody cares. Stay away, go to ATT/Verizon/Tmobile who actually know how to handle proper customer service.“Rated number 1 in customer service” how much did Comcast pay to get that rating?
