After getting our taxes checked here we thought it was too low and chose NOT to file them. We told them 'DO NOT FILE', so they went ahead and filed them anyway without telling us. Sure enough, the return amount was a lot better at the second place but when trying to file, our accountant told us that he couldn't as it had already been filed. It's been months and we still haven't received our tax refund as we're trying to get it corrected and refiled. Awful mistake, awful service. Would strongly recommend anyone to stay away from this place.

They submitted my taxed without my concerned and now that I’m trying to fix they mistake they are not answering my call. I’ve called multiple times and nothing. Left them messages on fb and nothing. Maybe this review will get their attention and they will get back to me.
