Diane in the Waterford Office has been great. She is absolutely wonderful and is so knowledgeable about taxes and my account. She works very well to make sure I get the most that I can for my money and works to make sure that everything is as accurate as possible.

I have been going to the Waterford office for 15 years; Kay Kindland has been friendly and knowledgeable always. She will be greatly missed. I hope you replace her with someone good and keep this local office open. I like to do tax preparation in person not remotely by drop off. I am old-fashioned and not high tech.

Went there to get my taxes done three weeks ago, paid and left. They still haven't filed them. Found out that they charged me for someone else's taxes. Showed the receipt that I paid to the main office on liberty street. Not only will they not file them until I pay again but they won't refund me for what I paid.
