A few days ago I bought a mattress from John at mattress by appointment in Waterford, great experience. He had a wide variety of options and they all were great especially the pricing. The last two nights my back has felt great. I’d highly recommend his mattress especially from quality to pricing. We went to John v Shultz prior and the mattress there compared to John’s was no different or I’d say John’s was better and a quarter the price.

Had a great experience and loving the bed. John was easy to work with and allowed me to meet him later in the evening when I had availability. I’ll be going back to get my kids new mattresses as well. Good price !!

Don’t be fooled, you go in and are shown top end mattresses on down the line. I bought the most expensive one there at the time…top of the line I was told, couldn’t be further from the truth. I’ve only had the mattress for about 6-7 months now and I’m not a big person…the mattress is already broken down, sags and has an indentation where I sleep. I feel like I’m sleeping in a hole. I’ve never been this disappointed with a product EVER!!!! My back hurts every morning when I get up and for what I paid, it’s absolutely ridiculous. Thought/thinking of calling the BBB. So if you’re considering buying a mattress from “mattress by appointment”, I went to Waterford for mine….DO JOT DO IT….TURN AROUND AND RUN, mark my word, you’ll be disappointed shortly down the road!
