Tried calling to make an appointment. The woman put me on hold until the bank closed, then shut off the phones. After a twenty minutes hold. I couldn't call back due to phones being shut off. Wish they'd just told me they didn't wanna talk and not wasted both of our time.

Absolutely the worste bank I've ever dealt with. Especially this branch over the phone! I will use Spendwell and Northwest bank. I hope all PNC banks Close! Crooks anyway

Karen-esque woman with the dark hair and bad eyeliner was rudely interrupted from the Candy Crush on her iPad. Guess we ruined her day having to cash a check....
