I wish there were 10 Stars to rate this Company - that's how good they are! I found 3D accidentally; they are located next to the medical building where I see both a doctor and a physical therapist. Needing some body work on my vehicle, I stopped in after my PT one day. My intention was to make an appointment for a repair estimate; however, that day I had the good fortune to meet 3D's Rob Mestichelli, 3D Customer Service Rep who was manning the office. Rather than make me return another time for the estimate, he finished what he was doing, and proceeded to help me. Not only did he help with me the estimate, but also with navigating the claims process with my insurance company and securing a rental with Enterprise, located directly across the street. The very next day I had an appt. for my vehicle's repairs to begin - thanks in large part to Rob's courteousness, knowledge, customer service skills, and assistance above and beyond! He truly is a consummate professional.
During the four days my car was in the shop I received daily updates on repair progress - either by phone or by text message. The day before the work was to be completed, I received an automated text informing me that the work was over 50% complete, and that it would be ready for pick up the next business day, as promised. The level of communication between 3D and its customers is exceptional.
When I arrived to pick up my car the next afternoon, it was sitting in front of the shop - looking as good as the day I drove off the dealer's lot when I purchased the car two years prior. I could not have been more pleased with the attention to detail which Rob and his crew provided while my vehicle was at 3D. It was clear as day that they wanted to ensure that I would be a happy customer when the work was complete.
I read a couple of the almost non-existent negative reviews here on Google, and I am truly baffled by the claims they make. It is no wonder that the 5 star reviews far, far, far outweigh the others. If you are looking for a reputable Collision Center whose reputation and work are beyond reproach, look no further than 3D; you won't be disappointed, Their work is outstanding.
3D Collision Centers in Wayne has a complete roster of dedicated, hard-working customer service reps and techs. Rob Mestichelli is a tremendous asset to this organization. His office colleague, Jeff Swarz, is also a very friendly and helpful representative of this extraordinary organization.
Congratulations to all on a job very well done! They don't come any better than 3D!

We have used 3D Auto Body & Collision Centers - Wayne on several occasions. Jeff and the team are fantastic. The team cares about the customer and again made a stressful situation so much easier to bare. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop. Thank you for your service to my family!

Dropped my car off last Monday after a hit and run took off my driver side mirror. Was quoted $528 and a Friday evening pickup. I called Friday around noon to confirm, and was told the work was done, it just needed to be cleaned and would be ready for pickup that evening. I called back at 4, 430, and 515 all of the phone calls went unanswered and unreturned. Because they are closed on weekends, I waited until Monday to reach back out, and again no one answered the phone at 815 and 9am. I finally just showed up at 930 to see my car sitting where I was told it was on Friday at noon, the work was done but it still needed to be cleaned. I elected to forego the cleaning and just get my car back, only to find out I was bait and switched on pricing, with my actual bill coming to $928 ($400 or 75% more than I was originally quoted). Of course, no one at this lovely business thought it would be a good idea to call me and tell me any of this, much less pick up the phone when I was calling for an update. Miserable experience thru and thru though I will admit, the work they did on the car is fine.

I had an unfortunate accident and was prepared to self pay, but Pedro helped me navigate the insurance process. Because I needed a rear view mirror replaced, Jeff got me in the next day for an estimate. After getting an estimate at another shop, I decided to use 3D. I spoke with Rob next, who helped me navigate my insurance app, and it was approved in minutes. He ordered the part right away, and it was repaired within the week in only one day. They kept me informed through texts and phone calls about when the car would be ready. It was ready earlier than expected. Not only looks great but they cleaned the car inside and out! I highly recommend 3D!!

I just moved to the area and needed my car fixed after someone backed into my car while it was parked. I had to use an in network insurance auto body shop so that’s how I found 3D Collisions. I mainly worked with Jeff who was amazing to work with. He kept me completely updated about my car and explained every process. He helped me understand exactly what they had to do to fix my car and explained how the process worked with the insurance company. He also helped me get a rental car from Enterprise. They were able to get my car in for repairs within the week I called and they finished repairs a few days earlier than expected. I definitely recommend using 3D Collisions in Wayne!
