It’s hard to give a 7-Eleven five stars, but I’m not sure what’s with all the terrible reviews. It’s a pretty normal service plaza 7-Eleven. The cashier I think her name is Lizzy is very nice.

This is not one of the better 7-11’s. We stopped here at around 6pm at what is supposed to be a travel plaza to get a bite to eat before going into a concert in Philly. The 7-11 is the only place to get food here except Starbucks. There was a place inside the 7-11 that makes fresh food but it was not open. There was what appeared to be an ordering screen on the filthy counter, but it was turned off and very dirty. There was some premade food under a heater and it was all very gross looking. The potato wedges were dried up but that was nothing compared to the chicken fingers that were so dried up they were turning dark brown. There were some subs and sandwiches in a cooler, but they did not look fresh and the lettuce on them was visibly brown. I can pass out if I don’t eat before an event, so I chose a turkey sandwich. The lettuce on it was so old and brown and dried up that I was embarrassed for whoever runs this place. Please don’t come here thinking you’ll get some hot and/or fresh food because I fear you’ll be pretty disappointed. I did see some nice $1.00 deals on candy and the drink prices weren’t too bad.

This place is full of lazy employees. Everyone is standing around while 1 person rings customers. 5 employees standing around doing nothing. Line around the store. Avoid this rest stop .!

DO NOT MOBILE ORDER FROM HERE. You won't get what you asked for and it will take forever. They use Uber to do their delivery. If they don't have what you want they will just give you whatever they feel like.

Stopped in around 1pm for a quick bite on my trip. The del looked like had good food, but the lazy employees said they weren’t taking any order’s because they were “ too busy”. They had turned around and powered off the screens to avoid anyone ordering. He told me to wait 15 mins then maybe they would let me order… this is a service plaza! No one wants to wait that long before even ordering food! I understand selling out of food, but this is just unacceptable.

One lady with dirty blonde braids was taking more than 20 mins and was going extremely slow till I had to tell the front cashier. As soon as we left she immediately gives me a dirty look after apologizing for being impatient.

The customers Service is real BAD, first they display $4.49 for Red Bull 20 oz and they charge me $5.79 from there I forget my wallet and all day trying to talk to them and send a Uber to delivery it at Philadelphia Airport they never answer the phone when the ring they just ignore the calls, very Gas station thinks if someone is on Danger, very BAD and I’ll never stop again there for free

My parents developed a fast tire leak while on the turnpike and stopped at this 7-Eleven to figure out their options. Luckily, they met Brandon S. (employee), who went out of his way to help them repair their tire leak so they could get back on the road quickly! He's a top notch employee! Thank you, Brandon!
