I am a member of Ardent Credit Union for the last 20 years. This week, I was at Ardent Credit Union branch in Wayne, PA. I was helped by Ms. Keisha Celestine. She provided me with absolutely outstanding service. I would recommend anyone to use this branch and, if lucky enough, get the banking services from Keisha.

Absolutely terrible service - not sure if anyone at the branch knows how to do the simplest transactions. Very centralized - everything seems to be done via phone with the main office; a ton of IT issues as well

By far the most arrogant bank/cu ive ever dealt with. I have accounts at other banks with hundreds of thousands of dollars in them and thats not good enough for these people. They are worried about a 5 year old $200 overdraft some other bank reported on me that isnt even mine. Sucks to suck, Citadel gladly opened an account for me once I pulled up and showed them my mobile app full of money.

I tried to go in here to make a cash deposit because they were listed as a shared branch with my credit union. But because my driver’s license doesn’t match the address on my bank account, they wouldn’t accept my cash deposit. I can understand this level of security if I were trying to make a cash withdrawal, but it’s ridiculous to be that strict about a cash deposit. Do they think I’m fraudulently trying to give someone extra money? I wish someone would fraudulently give me extra money. I have made cash deposits at shared branches all over the country and never encountered this problem before.

I'm a long-time member, through numerous name changes, of this CU. Their first rendition was the credit union of Smith Kline pharmaceuticals manufacturer.
The Ardent personnel at the Wayne location are so pleasant and helpful. Some of them, as well as customers including me, were originally employees of Smith Kline. The credit union often offers special rates on various loans.
Ardent is a friendly but professional financial institution which I recommend highly.
