Jahmere & Matt were incredible helpful in getting my new phone set up and saving me money on my bill!!
update: I’m actually following up on this review and changing my initial commentary. What was supposed to save me money ended up costing us a fortune, changing my plan, and making it so I have no options to remove the additional line they added without my understanding. I went to the ATT store down the street from this location to ask for help since I tried to get them to help me for months about this issue. The other location said they wouldn’t recommend going here since this isn’t a corporate location and they don’t follow the same standards, which is clear given what happened to me. Wouldn’t recommend as they upsold me, overcharged me, and never ended up resolving the issue they caused with the bill that I’m now stuck paying off for 36 months.

Jahmere was super helpful and in formative! He was very patient and explained to me the benefits of my account, and what the Teacher’s Appreciation discount would affect specifically. He was very kind! 5/5 do recommend!!

I recently switched my business account from Verizon to AT&T, and I could not be happier with the experience. Matt and Shane at the AT&T store in Gateway Shopping Center provided exceptional service from start to finish.
Matt took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I understood my plan, pricing, and options. He transferred all of my data successfully, including every single photo, without any issues. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. There were no sales gimmicks or unnecessary upsells, just honest and knowledgeable service.
Not only did I get a better price, but in my first 72 hours as an AT&T customer, I received more support and attention than I did in three years with Verizon. The level of customer service and overall satisfaction has been a night-and-day difference.
If you are thinking about switching or need assistance with your AT&T service, I highly recommend visiting Matt and Shane. They truly care about helping customers and ensuring they have a great experience.

I was helped by Mark, Sofi, and Liam and they were amazing. So kind and knowledgeable and did everything they could to keep my bill around the same price. I was surprising my mom with a new phone and because she’s also on the account, they helped me keep it a secret from her. I’ve been coming to this location for years and have always had a positive experience!
