I have used Lyon's before for my Audi A8L and I get it back looking like a new car every time. I had always hesitated to bring my wife's 2022 Jeep Cherokee Overlander (The Designated Dog Car) in, because it looks like a homeless person has been living in it with his two dogs for the last 6 months (seriously), but by last Wednesday I couldn't stand it any longer and called Tim to tell them I owned THE CAR that even they could not detail back to something resembling the car I drove out of the showroom. I dropped it off Thursday and told him he could keep it for a week because he was going to need that long to try and deep clean it. To my great surprise, I got a message Friday the car was ready. When my wife and I picked it up, we couldn't believe it, it looked almost like a new car. Lyon's accepted the challenge and wildly exceeded my expectations, something that rarely happens these days!”

“I wish there were 10 Stars to rate this Company - that's how good they are! I found 3D accidentally; they are located next to the medical building where I see both a doctor and a physical therapist. Needing some body work on my vehicle, I stopped in after my PT one day. My intention was to make an appointment for a repair estimate; however, that day I had the good fortune to meet 3D's Rob Mestichelli, 3D Customer Service Rep who was manning the office. Rather than make me return another time for the estimate, he finished what he was doing, and proceeded to help me. Not only did he help with me the estimate, but also with navigating the claims process with my insurance company and securing a rental with Enterprise, located directly across the street. The very next day I had an appt. for my vehicle's repairs to begin - thanks in large part to Rob's courteousness, knowledge, customer service skills, and assistance above and beyond! He truly is a consummate professional.

During the four days my car was in the shop I received daily updates on repair progress - either by phone or by text message. The day before the work was to be completed, I received an automated text informing me that the work was over 50% complete, and that it would be ready for pick up the next business day, as promised. The level of communication between 3D and its customers is exceptional.

When I arrived to pick up my car the next afternoon, it was sitting in front of the shop - looking as good as the day I drove off the dealer's lot when I purchased the car two years prior. I could not have been more pleased with the attention to detail which Rob and his crew provided while my vehicle was at 3D. It was clear as day that they wanted to ensure that I would be a happy customer when the work was complete.

I read a couple of the almost non-existent negative reviews here on Google, and I am truly baffled by the claims they make. It is no wonder that the 5 star reviews far, far, far outweigh the others. If you are looking for a reputable Collision Center whose reputation and work are beyond reproach, look no further than 3D; you won't be disappointed, Their work is outstanding.

“I have been taking my 2016 LR Discovery Sport to Mainline JLR for years now. Their team is honest. They are professional and have always done an amazing job. I’ve had to have recommended things on my vehicle replaced, that I replaced myself: they were always spot on and honest with what was needed to be replaced/repaired. My LR has 138K miles. I’ve had some issues within those miles (mostly stemming from a tank of bad fuel that caused some issues). Otherwise normal wear and tear and I’ve always had an amazing experience when working with the JLR Mainline Team. Cannot say more wonderful things. “Please understand that the negative reviews are from people who have had their cars towed by Sadleirs when they didn't want it (parked illegally).

In July 2025, my son was driving our old minivan when it suddenly stopped in the middle of the road with an electrical issue. The police came and wouldn't let him wait for AAA (who gave a time estimate of 2 hours to get there) and Sadliers was called for the tow.

Tom called and told me it was an alternator problem and gave me a price which was in the ballpark of what my regular mechanic told me to expect. He replaced the part and got us going again. He gave me a separate receipt for the towing and let me know I could probably get reimbursed by AAA (which I did was able to get).

All this was frustrating but got done without issue but THIS is the reason he gets 5 stars. In November, we noticed the lights on the car flickering a bit. I dropped it off at my regular mechanic who said the alternator is overcharging the battery. I took it back to Sadleirs and without hesitation, he replaced the alternator AND the battery without question or billing.

The first problem wasn't with workmanship but a defective part. Tom took ownership of this and made everything right. You can't be in a business like this for a long time in Wayne without being honest and fair. Tom is both.”
