Lovely store, parking was easy today. Looked at their list of used equipment with some fantastic savings. And of course gorgeous B&O design. It was nice to see the Andover turntable system, a lovely and good sounding one piece solution for trouble free vinyl enthusiasts.

Thank you the the staff of this store, who went out of there way in advocating for me in resolving an issue I had with a pair of headphones. Besides being the best sounding headphones, they didn't stop until I was taken care of. I would recommend the brand, products, and staff to anyone looking for an incredible listening experience.

Scott and Doug have been my go-to for audio/video since 2004. To this day the B&O speakers/sound processor perform so well I have had no desire to move to newer wireless technology. Most recently Doug installed a 2021 LG OLED55C1BUP integrated with my 2004 B&O sound system. 18 years a customer and I could not be happier. If subject-matter expertise and a product offering to match matters to you make contact with B&O Main Line. The result: Relationship not transaction.

I purchased a pair of H95s from them as I don’t have a location near me. They did a great job servicing me remotely and were very patient and offered to find answers to questions I had. Hayley was my sales person and I worked with scott from another location as well. I am also very pleased with the quality of the headphones!

Really Top Notch. I bough something site unseen and had a lot of confidence because the owner/manager was so thorough, competent, and impressively knowledgeable. When I received my product it exceeded Scott's description in both quality and packaging. So happy with my new Bang and Olufsen product and with the overall experience. I had some question on installation and the staff and both stores were on top of things and walked me through the install. I know it seems trivial but good service and commitment to customers goes a long way and is obviously lacking at a lot of small business, this is unfortunately true even at the luxury price point. It is nice to see the pride in customers and its product is thriving at B&O in penn. Strong work!

The crew at B&O in Wayne are some of the most helpful and kind people I have ever met. It is a continuing pleasure to visit their store and ask them about the new technology. I was lucky enough to purchase a television from them and they gifted me free delivery and made it very easy to acquire it after I bought it. They are amazing and I will always be a fan of B&O, they have incredible, fun, beautiful technology and great sounding products! Thanks guys!

The experience here is always a flawless easy time. I was able to try every piece I was interested in and had the features explained and demonstrated. These are the only headphones I've found that really deliver on everything, sound quality, comfort, design, technology, and support. Simply the best audio shop I've ever been to.

In response to previous one star review. Mr. Han had a speaker repaired, and we tested in the repair shop before returning unit. 30 days later customer said the repair did not work and wanted his money back. We offered to re-test and re-repair free of charge if needed. He could drop speaker off or we would pick up. He refused both options. We could not return payment until we verified service complaint.

Owner/Operator Scott earned our business by being the most knowledgable and responsive of the several Bang&Olufsen retailers we contacted. His delivery/set-up people are fantastic. A+
