Fantastic customer service by Luke! Wonderful staff too. Handled warranty work for blinds purchased by my original decorator who retired. Can't say enough about the experience, in this day and age I can honestly say it was mindblowing!! NOT kidding!

Excellent products and the highest level of customer service. We found them 13 years ago and now I’ll never go to another blind store! Luke, Tony and Randy give a level of customer service that I rarely see anymore.
