What a fantastic first experience at Blue Mercury. I was greeted sincerely and then helped with my need for a good lip stain. Nicole was honest about which color complimented my skin tone and she made wonderful recommendations for skin and hair products. I did not feel any upsell from, just support and sincerity. She was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I will definitely return to seek her help with foundations and skin products. She is a great stylist and Blue Mercury has so many great products!

I used to be a huge fan of this store. Unfortunately, the last three times that I’ve gone to pick up products that I normally purchased there, the products were not available. It seems as if many of the cool brand names have been cut. Customer service has gone down hill. The store also used to be generous in giving out samples but the last three times I’ve made purchases, none were offered.

ppl working there put my product on hold telling me it was 34 dollars when I walked in the next day they were telling me it was 38 they didn’t even try to help the problem and it was obvious they didn’t care they were rude and cold don’t come here

Went there with friends and the sales associate was amazing! Helped us find the right bronzer shades for the 3 of us. Also very helpful with Jo Malone scents.

The SA that was working here was rude, cold and did not help me at all. She asked me what I was looking for. I told her I was looking for a candle as a last minute gift for. Colleague. She said all the candles they had were in the front and the back. She didn’t ask me if I needed help picking something out or anything about the recipient. It felt like I was being rushed out of the store. Wouldn’t recommend this location based on service and limited selection.

I stopped in quickly to make a few purchases for an upcoming trip of mine. Nicole assisted me with my purchases, and upon her suggestion I picked up the Kiehl’s hydrator set. I am extremely disappointed in creamy eye treatment it appears to have been used. I am not happy at all, and I don’t have time to go back in store and exchange my purchase.
My two-cents….double (even triple check) your items before leaving the store.

Great selection of brands that are hard to find elsewhere. Individualized service allows you to really try out before you buy. Nice samples as well.
