Was very happy when this Wayne location bank was Bryn Mawr Trust-however, on two occasions with the now WSFS-with two different people, found each of them I’ll equipped ti be handling my money. Without going into details, with the second issue was just told, “well, people make mistakes”. Maybe will try another location before I decide to switch banks.

Just had a very poor customer service experience with Sean Smith Vice President and Retail Office Manager. The bank doesn’t seem to realize that if you deposit money with them it is an actual loan to the bank. Telling me that it is in the terms of service to resolve an issue within 72 hrs instead of trying to help me when a bank mistake cost me $300 is just not good enough.

The location itself is convenient and the interior is really nice. The staff is friendly and have you in and out in no-time.

I think you should call or email your customer to let them know their account is short money like Well Fargo did instead of charge your customer twice overdraw fee and did not refund that. I am so sorry for your bad customer services. Hope you will fix this problem in the future.
