Luke at Classic Coachwork made everything seamless. From dropping off the vehicle to communicating about our options and with our insurance company, there was never a point I didn’t know what was going on. Couldn’t recommend this team team.

This was my first experience working with Classic Coachwork in Wayne, and it was a great one.
Unfortunately, exceptional customer service cannot be assumed, so when you experience it, you realize how special it is.
I called a variety of body shops describing to them what I “knew” I needed – a complete new paint job for my white 2014 Honda Ridgeline whose finish had dulled over time. Jimmy was the first one who listened and said “bring it on in, and let’s take a look at it”.
Turns out that under that dull finish was a shine just waiting to be revealed. He demonstrated what a detailing could do and the potential was clear.
Long story short, I now have an 11 year old pickup truck that looks like a 2 or 3 year old, and we added pinstriping to really make it pop. I couldn’t be happier.
He also helped set my expectations – this isn’t a forever fix – this is a known issue for some white paint and it will decline again over time. He explained and educated me about other options that might be available so I could make an informed decision for any next steps. He also has developed a network of other service providers that makes it as close to one-stop-shopping as possible.
Jimmy listened, educated me, offered me solutions, saved me many thousands of dollars and I have a shiny new-ish looking truck that I’m so proud of again. My baby is back!
And it goes beyond just Jimmy. The rest of the team was aware of what was being done and were available for questions as needed.
If you think you might have a need in this area, I’d strongly consider having a talk with them.

My first time experiencing with Classic Coachwork. Man, what an absolute top notch professionals running the shop. One of the guys name was, Jimmy who took care of my car and let me tell you - hands down the greatest guy I've ever encountered with. He kept me in the loop during the whole process of my car parts being installed and painted. Always gave his honest opinions and recommendations, he wouldn't steer you wrong. He values his customers and really cares about providing the best quality of work!

I had a hit and run at the supermarket and brought my car in for a simple repair. Thanks to Jimmy and the team, they recognized the damage was more extensive then first thought. They worked with the insurance company and did a first class job in replacing the bumper and re-painting where needed. The work done by Jimmy and team was perfect, like brand new! Thanks again to those involved and I would highly recommend anyone to use CCW in Wayne!

I cannot say enough about this jewel, an absolute diamond of a place. My car had been involved in a small accident and in need of repair. From the moment I met Jimmy, I was impressed by his professionalism, courtesy, attention to detail, integrity, and kindness. He showed such great care for my car, and also for me - even directing traffic so I could back my car out safely without my asking. I was at awe looking at the cars going home that day - immaculate, all brought to perfect condition before returning them. And that was just the initial visit!
From there, Jimmy communicated with me regularly and promptly, helping me to understand and arrange every step of the process and worked with me to minimize the time I would be without the car. During this stage I was also introduced to Debbie, who is absolutely amazing! So knowledgeable, helpful, and greets you with an infectious smile every time. Every person I met during my visits was a class act, incredibly knowledgeable, and just an absolute pleasure.
My car has come home looking and driving better than ever - it is perfect. Even more than that - I feel truly blessed to have met this amazing group of people; it is rare to find this level of professionalism, courtesy, knowledge, ethic and genuine kindness all in one place in this day and age. Thank you, Jimmy, Debbie, and all my friends at Classic Coachwork, from the bottom of my heart!

My vehicle was repaired expertly in a swift and efficient manner with excellent communication along the entire repair process. The employees are very courteous and professional. The repair to my vehicle is perfect. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs collision repair to bring their vehicle here.

Jimmy and his staff are extremely professional and are perfectionists that aim to please. I was told that the plastic trim on my Range Rover could not be restored and would need to buy all new trim at a high cost. Jimmy brought the trim back to looking new and at a fraction of what it would have cost with the dealer. He was kind, courteous and super talented. I highly recommend them for any type of detailing work. Oh and did I mention that the inside was cleaned and vacuumed when I picked it up?

Hands down the best part of my accident experience.
Classic Coach Work — and especially Jimmy — were an absolute class act from start to finish. Out of everyone I dealt with during this stressful and frustrating insurance process, they were by far the most responsive, helpful, and trustworthy.
Jimmy went above and beyond to guide me through every step. He made sure I understood what was happening, stayed in communication the entire time, and honestly made me feel like I was in good hands when everything else felt like a mess. It’s rare to find people this professional and genuinely kind these days.
I will absolutely use them again if I ever need to — and I’ll recommend them to anyone who asks. Just really good people doing great work.
