Absolutely the most incompetents set of pharmacists I’ve ever seen in my life. You can send a message now but can’t actually call to speak to someone. When you get thru, they tell you we can put a request in to order the meds then don’t actually order the meds. Under staffed. What a joke to be honest. No wonder so many pharm graduates are avoiding retail pharmacy work at all costs. It’s really sad.

There is a rapid turnover of Pharmacy personnel. I have not had smooth sailing at the Pharmacy counter and some of their clerks have a very short attention spans.

Absolutely atrocious pharmacy services. Not timely. No customer service. Have had so many problems getting my medications. Recommend against this pharmacy at all costs.

I wasn’t happy when going to pick up my sons epi pens and finding out that they expire November 2024 and refused to take them when the lady behind the counter tried to tell me that I had to take them and the pharmacy lady trying to educate me on the epi pens and when they expire when my insurance for my son won’t give any refills cause I need 2 packs .

The whole pharmacy team is great. They work so hard to help people out. Ivy, Ryan… all of them are so helpful and clearly care about their work.The 1 star reviews on here are from angry boomers and rich kids who have never had to wait in a line before. News flash: pharmacies in the US are understaffed because they aren’t getting paid enough for the work they do, let alone a living wage. Go try working a day at a pharmacy and you’ll see.

A simply embarrassing business, referring to the pharmacy. Phone wait times are 30+ minutes for any phone call. Line wait times are ridiculous in store. Extremely rude workers, and to top it off a pharmacist that cannot answer any questions about prescriptions. Signs posted of hiring with no experience needed explains a lot. Steer clear of here for your own safety and mental well-being.

Been here before never had a problem, until today. My Rx was sent to the pharmacy, I decided to give the time to fill my Rx. Showed up only for them to tell me that my Rx wasn’t ready, and it’s not safe to fill my Rx (come up with a better lie, if you wanted to go on lunch just say that). And I should come back at 2:15pm, so I went back at about 2:36pm. Rx was still not ready, and they are working on it right now. Fast forward Rx was finally ready, paid and was about to take my items from the counter. The (Ryan)guy hold up his hand ? in my face, which was very disrespectful. He had the nerve to have an attitude, like it’s my fault that the staff back there is incompetent. Unacceptable! who are these people? Please go else where.
