The whole pharmacy team is great. They work so hard to help people out. Ivy, Ryan… all of them are so helpful and clearly care about their work.The 1 star reviews on here are from angry boomers and rich kids who have never had to wait in a line before. News flash: pharmacies in the US are understaffed because they aren’t getting paid enough for the work they do, let alone a living wage. Go try working a day at a pharmacy and you’ll see.

A simply embarrassing business, referring to the pharmacy. Phone wait times are 30+ minutes for any phone call. Line wait times are ridiculous in store. Extremely rude workers, and to top it off a pharmacist that cannot answer any questions about prescriptions. Signs posted of hiring with no experience needed explains a lot. Steer clear of here for your own safety and mental well-being.

Been here before never had a problem, until today. My Rx was sent to the pharmacy, I decided to give the time to fill my Rx. Showed up only for them to tell me that my Rx wasn’t ready, and it’s not safe to fill my Rx (come up with a better lie, if you wanted to go on lunch just say that). And I should come back at 2:15pm, so I went back at about 2:36pm. Rx was still not ready, and they are working on it right now. Fast forward Rx was finally ready, paid and was about to take my items from the counter. The (Ryan)guy hold up his hand ? in my face, which was very disrespectful. He had the nerve to have an attitude, like it’s my fault that the staff back there is incompetent. Unacceptable! who are these people? Please go else where.

Pharmacy won’t pick up the phone, lines are extremely long to drop or pickup scripts. Would suggest going elsewhere for pharmacy if you can. The store, other than the pharmacy, is great. Very friendly workers!

The pharmacy is overloaded. Do everything you can to use another pharmacy as this cvs is just a nightmare. Line was 10 people deep today and not moving.

This is where God sends people who have prayed for patience and tolerance. Receiving your Rx is a privilege. The pharmacist berates women and old people, but never anyone to whom he'd lose a fight. The other staff seem to have all suffered from oxygen-deprivation at some point in their lives.

Spend your money elsewhere. Why? The non-HIPPA-compliant “pharmacist”, Rush Shah, who has ZERO people skills. He is consumed by his self-imposed-self-importance. He's not equipped to help. He’s best at talking over patrons’ voices. He is arrogant. He is hubristic. I feel for the staff at this CVS who has to work with him. Rush: Please learn proper etiquette. You need it.

CVS CORPORATE MUST PAY PEOPLE BETTER & HIRE MORE WORKERS. THE CORPORATE GREED & EXPLOITATION OF STAFF IS EXTREME & GETTING WORSE. The staff is nice & they work so hard, but the lines are so long because they’re understaffed & I’ve been on hold for 1hr+ when calling the pharmacy. It’s not the workers’ fault that CVS corporate won’t hire more people or pay well enough to attract & retain employees. Typical big business, paying the executives & screwing the wage workers. They aren’t even open as much as before.The store used to be 24 hrs & now closes at 10. The pharmacy closes at 8pm on weekdays, 6pm on Sat & isn’t open AT ALL on Sundays. Hire more staff.Again, the employees are kind, helpful & skilled, but they’re always rushed because the store (esp the pharmacy) are so busy & understaffed.Don’t take it out on the people behind the counter… CVS corporate must PAY BETTER & HIRE MORE.“Essential” employees deserve to be treated as such, not just “honored” in PR designed to increase profits but screw workers. It’s unconscionable.

I had been going here for years. Then when I started using Good Rx I realized that CVS was always the most expensive by as much as 10 to 12 times that of Wegman's or Giant!!!!. Jeff and Sarah were the only pharmacists who were helpful and courteous. The employees on the store side were always helpful as well. I don't think people realize how much CVS gouges for meds especially if you don't have a prescription plan.
