Italian heaven on earth! The selection of cheese, meats, and sides were all amazing! Best tiramisu we’ve ever eaten! Expensive, but a worthwhile treat!

Just a tip- if you serve me a dish I can eat with a fork, it is NOT soup.
The one star is for the effort the waitstaff made in mansplaining why I obliviously didn't know what tomato soup should taste like.

We went in and the man at the bar gave us a nasty attitude. They told us they were closed when their own website says their restaurant is open until 8pm on Friday. Kind of false advertisement, the waiter then laughed at the person I was with when he said that. I get people are tired but the restaurant is supposed to be until 8pm

DiBruno Bros. in Wayne is one of those places that instantly makes you happy to walk into. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the smell of fresh bread, cheeses, and specialty foods sets the tone right away. The store has a fantastic mix of gourmet quality and that welcoming neighborhood vibe, which makes it easy to shop here whether you’re picking up everyday items or something special for entertaining.
The cheese counter is a highlight — not only do they have an incredible variety, but the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to offer samples and suggestions. They make the experience easy and fun, especially if you’re not totally sure what you’re looking for. It’s clear the team takes pride in what they do, and their enthusiasm makes the whole experience even better.
Another favorite part of this location is the prepared foods section, which is perfect for a quick but high-quality meal. Their sandwiches in particular are incredible — packed with fresh ingredients and full of flavor. It’s the kind of place where you’re just as excited to grab lunch as you are to stock up on gourmet cheeses, meats, and specialty pantry items.
Overall, DiBruno Bros. Wayne is more than just a grocery stop. With amazing products, excellent service, and a genuinely welcoming feel, it’s a foodie destination worth returning to again and again

We are delighted with our visit to this store! We will definitely come back and more than once. When we saw the name of the manufacturer, we assumed that we would meet our cheese dream - Brunost cheese. We asked the seller about it. He said that there was no such cheese, but he studied the information about what this cheese is and gave us the one that best matched the description. We were pleased with the attention to our question. And of course, the cheese turned out to be excellent. And now we really hope that the manufacturer will hear us and consider the possibility of producing and delighting customers with incredibly delicious cheese, so similar in name to the name of the manufacturer. I am sure that this will be a victory for customers and business!

What happened to this place? Always enjoyed eating here but no longer after today. Thirty minutes to get our glass of wine order (when we ordered there were 4 other customers in restaurant). Food was basically lukewarm to cold but we were so angry and disappointed with our service we did not even comment as we just wanted to leave. Tomato soup was literally like paste. So thick. Food and service were terrible.

DiBrunos has gone downhill. Poor customer service by the guy who works behind the prepared food counter, they changed their menu and the foods they offer. Please bring the old DiBrunos.

I ordered a cup of coffee and it was pretty cold so I gave the cup to the barista indicating that the coffee was cold. Instead of offering to brew a fresh cup, he used the milk frother to warm up the coffee in the cup and gave it back to me. I have never experienced such a bad service!
Please train your people!

Lotta changes lately here and not in a good way. No more carving stations at the sandwich counter. Their famous hot roast pulled Italian pork sandwich is gone. I ordered pork to go because I did not want my sandwich on focaccia bread, I wanted it on a nice Italian roll, but they said that's how it was made now. Just NO. Go a very small container of pork to go for 13.00. Pork is not good anymore, its more smoked now, like barbecue. Broccoli rabe was full of big stems and flavorless. Really disappointing, this used to be a place to go for a nice traditional Italian sandwich. Not anymore

I used to love coming here, especially when they had that giant chocolate/candy wall display when you first came in - now it's flowers. Okay, I can survive that...but, my favorite marscapone canoli is now $8.99. What are you possibly thinking to charge that much for a tiny dessert? I can get 4 mini cheesecake tarts for $10 at Whole Foods. Do I prefer that? No, but you leave an old broad no choice but to move on. I have a pension and social security (for now), so I'm fortunate, but I think the pricing has gotten out of control. Instead of coming every week for a treat, my kids bring me once a month now.

This is my favorite place on earth. Between the amazing selection of cheeses, meats, baked goods and wine it's literally heaven on Earth. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I have yet to purchase something from here that I didn't absolutely love.
