We had an excellent experience here. Thaddeus, on reception when we arrived, was courteous and friendly. Ben, at the omelet station, was friendly and welcoming--and made a great omelet! The room was clean and comfortable, the grandkids enjoyed the pool, and the location is great--out of the city, but not too far. We will definitely stay here again.

Indor Pool is freezing cold, we are here for holidays in December 2024 and very disappointed with cold pool. Our kids only swimmed for less than 2 minutes today and just hoping they won't get sick. I spoked to Manager, the cannot really do anything. So if you planning to stay here during cold season just know pool freezing cold.

Ok….i wasn’t planing to write the review because i liked this hotel till recent and enjoy restaurant and location. Do not stay in this hotel till they improve service and remodel rooms.
Room sink was clogged and water wasn’t going down, heating unit was so loud i couldn’t hear the TV in the next room (unit was falling out the wall), rusty and dirty looking drain and shower head. Room smelled like mold and old carpet. I’m Diamond member and stay at Hilton properties weekly and this one went downhill fast.
Service at the desk is terrible, barely a knowledge your presence when trying to check in, either on cell phone or talking to each other. Then, i was charged for coffee for some reason that i paid already at self-service shop???? Honestly, wasn’t going to write the review when i saw a room charge for something i paid separately. Anyway, not coming back till hotel improves and fixes/remodels rooms. Do not stay there for now, Embassy suits in Valley Forge should be embarrassed for providing this kind of service to regular customers

Stayed here for the weekend in the Two Rooms Suite 1 King Bed—loved it!! It’s so SPACIOUS—I love that there is a separate living room with small kitchen area (fridge/microwave) and the bedroom is its own room as well. Bed was comfy too. Bathroom was nice and clean.
Check-in was a breeze since you can do it through the Hilton app and get your digital key. Our room was on the top floor (5th) and we didn’t have any issues with the elevators. During the day, I noticed lots of kids running around the halls pretty loud—could be annoying if you’re trying to get some rest because I could hear them from inside my room.

I have stayed here three times for a week or more each time. Everything was fine..the rooms are a bit shabby, but the breakfast is great and the location is perfect for my work project. However, the last time I stayed there, my cc number was stolen by an employee and a room was booked on the card while I was staying there! A month later I get a call from the police who tell me to contact the hotel. Emailed the manager and never heard back. My CC company took care of the charges, but to this day, I have never heard from Embassy Suites or Hilton about the inconvenience.

Full disclosure.. we were there for a hockey tournament this last weekend. And as you know when staying at any hotel with teams that have tournaments it seems like millions of minions are there with you.
We had a super good time. The noise was kept at a reasonable level and the staff were very accommodating. Clearly not their first rodeo.
Granted the hotel could use some upgrades in their rooms but for the most part we had a comfortable stay.
The breakfast buffet was definitely worth 5 stars. Traveling with a family that is a huge deal breaker. Thank you Embassy Suites
Nearby activities: It has a great location to rinks and several restaurants!

Nice hotel with decent size rooms. They did a face lift in the past few years so it's fresher looking. Staff is friendly and helpful

Front desk manager was extremely helpful and the conference and the technology in the room was great.
Place was exceptionally clean thought out.

Embassy Suites was a great choice for our accommodations during our big wedding weekend. Despite my parents getting the bridal suite by accident (which wasn’t a big deal, more funny than anything), Embassy Suites made sure that all of our needs were met. Jeannette whom we had been coordinating with ensured that the shuttle bus was scheduled for pick up and drop off from the venue down the street and that the food we had ordered to have ready after the wedding was hot and ready to go when we got back to the hotel. The rooms are spacious and it was perfect for our guests coming from all places of the world. We hope to be back in the future as many great memories were made!

I was there this past weekend. Also for a hockey tournament. We usually wind up in some not so great places for more money. This weekend was a complete change. Rooms were great. Food was great. Complimentary happy hour was even better and the breakfast was excellent. Thanks for wonderful weekend.
