Clean, not big but spacious enough. Very friendly personnel. There were 2 guys and both were friendly, welcoming, respectful. I shipped the large cumbersome box and one guy opened the entrance door as soon as he saw me and my friend approaching. He said a little nice joke. Then I needed some time to find the QR codes on my laptop and Another guy waited for me, patiently, ready to get it shipped. Then he immediately printed the labels and glued them to my box. It was a nice encounter with Fedex. I liked it. Highly recommend!

Zero stars! Horrible customer service and extremely rude. The man, aka, Mr.Personality, behind the counter barks orders, refuses to be kind, and treats customers as an inconvenience. If you want to be treated like an unwanted dog, please try this place.

Alex and Dave took very good care of wrapping and shipping my 48 laptops. They were very attentive to other customers waiting in line and were extremely professional in juggling everyone needs. I was in and out in 20 min (I was expecting at least 45).

I used the service I needed but walking in @10 am w/ only 1 other customer woman behind counter did not even bother to respond to my greeting! I'll go back to Villanova next time where they are helpful and pleasant!

AMAZING!! The staff is so friendly, kind and helpful! Have used them for a bunch of different services. Melanie in particular helped and always has gone above and beyond to say the least. Business cards, signs, printing, general help and questions. I needed things done in a short time frame and again helped a stressful time work out and delivered! AMAZING Love the staff!!!

I was having a difficult time finding a box for a large tv. The staff (Melanie) at this store went above and beyond to find the box for me and make sure it was in stock. They are awesome!

Guy behind the counter kept making typos while entering the shipment address. I caught two of them but I missed one, and the package was shipped to wrong address. Sure, I should have caught it, but he shouldn't have transposed three different sets of numbers while typing it in either.
