Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. There was a customer who also booked with the same nail tech after me and she was incredibly rude and rushed my nail tech even though there was still time before her appointment. The color was spotty and sloppy. Incredibly upset I spent money on that experience and I then needed to go buy nail polish remover because it was too messy to wear till I could get home and remove it. Also the tools and files were previously used which is gross.

The whole environment was spotless, comfortable, and very welcoming. I could tell hygiene was a priority, and that made me relax and enjoy the service even more. It felt like a little escape from a busy day.

Terrific staff who are experts at their craft. Pleasant, upscale shop. I like to change things up from time to time, but I keep coming back for the quality of service. Highly recommend Helen! She’s the best nail artist I have ever visited.

Helen did a French manicure with all dip. Even the white tips are dip. She is fantastic! Prettiest French manicure I’ve ever had.

I looooove this nail salon! It’s not just aesthetically appealing, but clean and staff is amazing! The options are endless! Anne is great at doing nails. When asked who does my nails, I share my girl and they end up being lifetime clients who also end up referring others. I’ve never EVER had a chipped nail since I’ve had her do my nails. She pays attention to details and is a PERFECTIONIST! If you’re looking for someone, your search is over— she’s your girl!

I started going to this place once I wanted to find a dependable nail salon that provides outstanding services, and is located close to where I live. Gateway Nail Salon was great at first... Jennifer did well with both manicure and pedicure services. However, during one visit she cut the skin on my cuticle too deep and too fast. As result, I bled a bit from my finger. Nothing crazy, but we all know it's important to avoid cuts like this when using nails tools at a salon. I told her that she needs to be more careful and not rush so much. She apologized and we moved on. Then, I came back today for a manicure and I reminded her what happened last time and need to be careful. Once again, she did the same thing and cut too deep and too fast and sure enough... I started bleeding once again. I was very mad and asked her to no longer cut with the cuticle clippers anymore. I did not make a scene, but I ended the service early. She did charge me as she said she wanted me to return, but I don't believe I can. Anyone who does manicures needs to be very careful and not rush when it comes to the aspect of trimming ones cuticles. Unfortunately, Jennifer was not, even after the first incident and being told prior her starting the next time to be careful.

I came here twice to do a full set reconstruction with acrylic gel the first time and just a refill the second time. The first time I paid 55$ and the second time (JUST A REFILL) 60$. Don’t think the prices are really honest and very random. Won’t come here anymore, tried a lot of places but never had this treatment.

I’ve been going to this nailery for about 2 years now and haven’t been disappointed! They provide great customer service and follow your requests. This time I had the pleasure of Michelle doing my pedicure, and she did an excellent job! They even have periodic specials. I highly recommend!
