Steve at Karosserie accomplished what multiple other shops either could not diagnose or were unwilling to take on. My Lamborghini Urus had sustained complex front-end damage that went beyond cosmetic issues—fitment, alignment, and finish all had to be perfect, not “good enough.”
From the moment Steve reviewed the vehicle, it was clear he operates at an entirely different level. He identified issues that others missed, explained the repair strategy clearly, and executed it with absolute precision. The end result? Agreed with others. Do NOT take your Lucid there. Go to Jersey. Horrible communication. Very sweet front desk employee.

Do not get your Lucid repaired there. Look at the other Lucid review.. take your LUCID to NJ authorized body shop and avoid this one at all cost. You’ve been warned.

The best car shop I ever deal with. It was recommended from my Audi dealer so I dropped off the car and picked it up after 3 weeks and the back bumper look brand new. I love that they clean and wash the car for me. What an excellent service.

Highly recommend this car repair shop. Everyone was extremely polite, helpful, responsive, and they did a beautiful job. They even assisted with the return of the rental car. A pleasure to deal with them!

I read some reviews about repairs taking quite some time but frankly excellence sometimes takes a little longer. The quality of work performed is simply outstanding and when your exotic vehicle is damaged it needs to be fixed properly the first time. I can't recommend them any higher. As far as communication goes they always promptly took my calls and answered my emails and so I am overall very satisfied. Thanks!

This shop should have negative 5 stars, unfortunately google doesn't have that feature. The shop is a black hole, anything goes in doesn't come out. I understand shop is busy so repairs take time. BUT they have Zero customer service. Rude. No respect for customer, their time. Looks like shop is earning big money selling Ferraris so no value for customer. It took 4 months for my Lucid repair work to complete that's after my multiple follow ups. Shop will not call you, will not update you on progress. To add to that, when I took delivery of the car, I was surprised that they have NO warranty on any repairs. I was asked to contact Lucid. That's insane. Even a oil change garage offer warranty on workmanship. Unfortunately that's the only Lucid certified body shop in PA. I would highly recommend to take your car to NJ. They have two Lucid certified body shops with great reviews. My bad I didn't check their reviews before asking Lucid to tow the car to this body ahop5. Now lesson learnt and a BIG warning to anyone else reading this review. Please stay away from this shop

Again if I could give a zero. Steve the manager refuses to call us back. Ive spoken to Land Rover main line who referred us there to never use them again. I've also filed a complaint with the Better Business Borough. Its been 5 months and still no update.

Rude people. Not sure what their beef with Tesla is but when I called for a body work on my Model 3 it was a strange conversation. Apparently they are so high end they don't work on a lot of makes. So off I went to Conestoga collision.

I occasionally stop by Karosserie to see the incredible cars in their showroom. The staff is always friendly and lets me take pictures.
