The store was nice and pleasant but the staff were really rude and racist. I went to pick up my online order in store and the lady refused to wrap my 70” long painting as she was busy with other customers and asked me to come back after 4hrs at 6pm if I need her assistance. Ridiculous!

Nice merchandise and front of store was pretty. 20% off everything sale was great. Back half of store was cluttered with boxes. Staff were too busy chatting with each other and didn’t seem to care customers were there. I would’ve bought more but didn’t want to be bothered with staff that didn’t want to be bothered.

I had a problem with a bench that I bought, and the manager of the store handled it in a very professional way. Thank you!!!Kirklands in the Gateway Shopping Center is a great store. everything is beautifully presented and the entire staff is super nice
