I highly recommend this establishment to anyone in need of tire service anywhere in this area! They also offer roadside service if you can't quite make it to thier shop.

Monroe Tires was able to balance my 33x12.5x20 truck tires to perfection..The manager Joe was very helpful in explaining when tires need to be balanced and how they are balanced. Monroe Tires is a great place to go if you want friendly and caring service. Check them out you won't be disappointed.

Joe Bremme and his team at Monro Wayne are Awesome!! We had our car in expecting to have to replace the brakes due to squealing. The team inspected the vehicle and came back to let us know that brakes were in great shape and no work was needed! The honesty and professionalism was unparalleled and appreciated!! We will be back and would recommend Monro Auto Service in Wayne to everyone!!

I bought my tire in to get it fixed or changed out and Joe the manager(big red beard) assisted me. He said it would be a few hrs before they get to it but he said he would call me and let me know. He called super quick and told me that unfortunately they couldn’t fix it because of the previous plug but gave me some resources to go online to find the tire. I did it while he and I were on the phone and I was able to order the tire and have it delivered to a local tire shop by me. Joe was amazing and he didn’t charge me when I picked my vehicle up for labor or anything. AMAZING service! Highly recommend!!

I had a great experience!! I waited while my oil change was completed, and I was incredibly pleased with the free wifi, water/coffee, and AC. Everyone was very nice and the service was speedy. Highly recommend!!

I had an excellent experience at Monro Auto Service and Tires. I came in with a slow leak in my tire and was hoping to get it fixed the same day. While other shops were booked until the following week, Monro had availability and got me in right away. Joe at the front desk assisted me — he was knowledgeable, professional, and clearly cares about the customer. The office was clean, and I waited while they worked on my car. They did a great job repairing the tire, and I really appreciated the honest service. I would definitely recommend Monro to anyone looking for reliable, customer-focused auto care!

I feel the service was very good. the only reason I gave a 4/5 rating is because i made an appt first thing in the morning, asked to wait for my car service in advance, but it still took a few hours for them to get everything done.

Tough to find honest individuals in this industry but this location was great. Only needed a tire plugged and expected to hear that I need a new tire or be upsold on other services, even though I just got the car inspected - not the case! Thank you for being honest and listening to the client's request!

We show up and the store manager lied and said we did not have an appointment, but miraculously managed to make an update to our appointment after we left. Last year they shorted me one month on my inspection, writing the wrong month on the sticker. They were going to give me an extra month this year but I would rather lose the month then have to deal with them again.

Slow leak 1 tire. Monro said a nail near sidewall, not repairable. Wanted to sell me 4 tires. Took car to Mavis in KOP for second opinion. No nail. The rim had a leak from corrosion. Mavis fixed the rim for free. No charge.

The team at Monroe in Wayne PA is the best!! Great, honest service and work and they don’t price gouge. I highly recommend them and won’t take my car anywhere else!!
