I had a disappointing experience as a customer. The gentleman who walks with a limp was rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic customer service skills. He ignored my questions, stared at me like I had seven heads, and had a temper when asked for help finding a screw. His behavior was unacceptable and made me feel unwelcome. The manager should address this issue to ensure better service in the future

Picked up my Chevron Techron 30 oz for $13. It was the cheapest price possible on the Internet. However, I ordered to pick it up on Friday night, and I got my Techron on Monday after one visit and one call to check the availability. They did not know that I ordered Techron via their website until I called them on Monday. Anyway, I got my Techron for my car and I am satisfied with my purchase.
