Rich fights for his customers. While Allstate was an utter disappointment and didn't want to cover my claim, Rich made sure they did. My family has been with him for years and will continue to do so. He does not mess around when it comes to his customers. I am very grateful to Rich and his team. Rich is one of the best in the insurance business. Job well done!

I've been with Allstate for years homeowners and Auto. I traded in my vehicle for a new van and my policy went down 40 plus dollars. The reduction only lasted a month before they told me there was a sudden rate increase across the board... and now my rate increased is the same $40 +. Rich Gallo told me I should be used to my original rate... because that's what I paid for before. My rate reduced for 1 month until he got wind that my rate was suddenly lower . Take my advice and steer clear of Rich gallo and Allstate

Kevin and Rich are the best guys to deal with for insurance, customer service is top notch with questions being answered even at 11pm at night. I can always count on them for answers to questions.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this office is! They are always so polite and professional and whenever I have a question or concern they always are there to help me. My grandparents first were clients with the Rich Gallo office for more then 20 years. I then decided to become a client and consider them My Allstate family . I deal with a lot of insurance agencies and companies due to the business I am in. Rich & Allstate are hands down the best and wouldn’t use anyone else for my personal properties, auto’s, personal belongings, & umbrella. The pricing is great and service is even better!

Was confused about which policy to keep, called All State and spoke to Robin. She suggested keeping the landlords and automate the billing

I know almost everyone by name. They are all great. Robin, Ernie, Rich and Nancy. Oh boy, I think I'm forgetting someone. And I would say they know my husband and I by name as well. I can't say that for other insurance agencies we had in the past. Also my hubby needs accident forgiveness cause he's had a few and don't forget Allstate has that. There prices are not the cheapest but we have the best coverage and when my husband has needed them there was good coverage. So it's worth the price. :-)
