Samantha did an awesome job!Communication: She was very comunicative during the entire process, which was excellent because me and my fiance were first time buyers! We needed alot of answers and she was quick to give them.Expertise: With the process of buying a home so complex we were a little intimidated. Luckily Sam was very informed and was able to explain things in a simple manner.Support: Sam was there to take the wheel whenever me and my fiance were distracted by work or other life related events. She found us great houses where we didn't even think to look!Negotiation: If you're not much of a negotiator, Samantha is. As great as she was during the house search, she was even more so during the stressful negotiation and closing time!Overall Experience: Overall, Sam did an amazing job! I thought looking for a house in this market would take a full year, but with her help we accomplished it in less then half that time. She was extremely professional and informative along the way. If I ever look for a house in the area again, she'll be the first person I call!

We met Sam about 4 years ago at an open house. We talked with her about how we were interested in downsizing. During our search for the ideal house, Sam was professional, patient, and very responsive to our requests and questions. In all honesty, I was skeptical of how helpful a realtor could be when you are looking to rent. My boyfriend and I had poor experiences with past realtors when looking to rent in Center City, Philadelphia and then when we started our search to relocate to Wayne, PA. As defeated as we were, we did a lot of research and came across Sam. Sam filled us with confidence after just the first phone call - she was able to answer all of our questions, offered local knowledge, had a huge network of realtors, and spent lots of time on the phone with us despite being “just renters” in a crazy market.Working with Sam was the best decision we could have made! Samantha is absolutely amazing. She was so patient with us. She spent over a year with us and always encouraged to see as many properties until we found the right one.
