The one older man who works there is the rudest person. Very unprofessional how he speaks to customers. Will never strep foot in there again.!!!!!!!!!!! I had to give one star in order to give a review but really it’s a zero.

The store is good but SW corporate had a 30% off promo which we took advantage of followed just days later with a 40% off. When I asked if I could get the additional discount for something I had already purchased, I was told no. Someone should rethink their policies to avoid issues like this.

The employees are rude and not helpful. Not to mention professional suggestions. I have been several Sherwin-Williams store, the best one is Walnut street Philadelphia, this one is the worst. The atmosphere in the store is weird and unpleasant.

I don’t care how good the paint is, it takes 20 minutes for them to make two cans of paint. Be prepared to Spend half your morning waiting.

The Sherwin-Williams Paint Store I visited recently provides excellent service, excellent quality painting supplies and paints, and in an environment that is clean and inviting.
